| New York can be a little overwhelming for a first-time visitor, but after two hours with Mark we were totally at ease. And as for the photos - they were fantastic! As a couple, we only ever have pictures of one or the other when travelling. Now we not only have pictures of us together, we have great pictures! Mark was totally open to any suggestions we had and even modified the tour to take in an area of New York I was particularly interested in. Mark is very easygoing and a wealth of information - from where to get cheap show tickets to good restaurants to how to read the subway map. The tour moves fast, so be ready to flash your pearly whites from the get go as there's no real time to think about posing. But when you see just how many top snaps he captures it's totally worth it. I admit I was a little hesitant about the price, but I can't stress enough - it's worth every penny. You couldn't get the same shots yourself and certainly not with the added bonus of all the insider knowledge and history of the places you visit. I think the beauty of this tour too is that you could be a first-time visitor or a regular to New York and still get something out of it. Five stars! | ||||||

| We were very pleased with our photo tour. We felt like celebrities walking the streets of New York City with our own personal photographer. Marc made an otherwise foreign experience seem perfectly normal, and we enjoyed the star treatment. The pictures are fantastic! They will last for years to come. What a fun, romantic time in one of the world’s greatest cities! Highly recommended. | ||||||

| Mark is the best tour guide in NYC! He took us around all the places we wanted to see and took fantastic photos, which we will definately treasure. The prices are reasonable and the photos were delivered to the hotel in less than 24 hours. Mark was friendly, helpful and wrote doen numerous places for drinks and food, some of which we went to and found them to be great. If you are going to NYC - book this tour! | ||||||

| When booking this tour, my biggest fear was that the tour guide would just be some guy with a camera, not a professional photographer and that my pictures would look like snapshots. Don't worry, the pictures are amazing and much better that one I could have taken or had someone else take. Marc knows what he is doing from suggesting poses to symmetrically arranging you in the photograph to getting the timing down to were you and your group are in perfect position to catch the horse and carriage driving past in the background. My fiance and I wanted something a little different and special to use for engagement photos (for save the date, the invitation, and maybe even for the favors) and we definately got our moneys worth with these pictures. We took the 3 hour tour and received over 200 pictures from all over the city, central park (my favorite part), brooklyn bridge, grand central station, and more. The hardest part now will be deciding which photos to use because they are all so good. Marc was extremely cool about poses that I suggested trying and went above and beyond to get the shot we were after. All I can say is Take this Tour! | ||||||

| When we first got to New York, we felt completely discombobulated and lost. But when our tour began, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Our guide (Marc) knew the area perfectly, and gave us plenty of information on all the landmarks and hot spots while simultaneously taking breathtaking pictures of us. Had we gone through New York on our own, we would not have been able to take even a fraction of the pictures! He provided us with over 150 beautiful pictures which included the famous backdrops of New York City. In addition to Times Square, Central Park, and the Brooklyn Bridge, we also got to ride the Subway, visit Grand Central Station, and walk through Soho and Greenwich Village. Our tour was amazing and we highly recommend it to anyone who has never been to New York. Without our tour guide we would not have been able to navigate our way through New York, nor would we have 150 spectacular pictures. Thanks Marc, we had a blast, love our pictures, and definitely are glad we chose this tour. | ||||||

| We highly recommend this photo excursion. We saw A LOT and learned some little nuggets of history (as well as NYC specific ettiquette) about the city from our tour guide that we would not have learned on our own. Also, our tour guide was great; we were totally comfortable navigating the city with him and chit chatting during our tour. Also, the Zerve folks (for the actual purchase of this package Online) were very helpful and nice over the phone. Overall, a must for getting the best photo opportunities. We got some great photos! | ||||||

| My sister-in-law and I took a much needed girls trip to New York. We had a very limited amount of time and I knew that my sister-in-law would be behind her camera the duration of our visit. Taking this tour gave us the opportunity to have photos together at incredible, breathtaking landmarks in New York, on a limited time frame and with a reasonable price. Mark is absolutely delightful and a very talented photographer! He was wonderful! We got to see SO MUCH in just two hours time, and he even directed us on how to get to our next two destinations! We could not have accomplished seeing all we wanted to see without Mark! It is MORE than worth the money for these lifetime memories of our trip to New York!!! This was the best souvenir we could have purchased!!! | ||||||

| My fiance and I did the tour to take engagement pictures because we love New York City. We had a great time and got a lot of great pictures. Marc was able fit TONS of sites into the two hours. Highly recommend. | ||||||

| This was our first trip to New York City and meeting Marc on our first day was the best thing we could've done. It was awesome having him with us to tour us around and teach us how to venture around NY on our own. We really appreciated the Subway lesson, it came in handy later in our trip. We will highly recommend this tour to anyone planning a trip to NY. | ||||||

| My cousin and I went on the PhotoTrek Tour the second day of our trip. Without the tour, we would never have been able to see Times Square, Central Park, the Brooklyn Bridge, and SOHO all in one day. He made us feel very comfortable with the subways, and the pictures were great. It rocked! | ||||||

| If you are visiting NYC or even live there, this is something you have to do. It was soooo much fun and we have amazing pictures that we will have forever! Well worth the time and money. Marc is great and knows where he's going and what he's doing!! Just don't buy a new pair of sneakers and break them in on this tour!!! | ||||||

| During the 5 days we stayed in New York City the Photo Tour was the best thing to expirience. It was interesting, cool and different than other things..... | Having seen the great reviews of the phototrek tours before travelling to new york, we decided to book a three hour session, we were so glad we did!!! we were visiting New York for a week and booked the tour for the first morning of our holiday, Marc, the photographer arrived promptly at the meeting point, which is is a brill location because its easy to find and doesn't get too busy.He was easy to spot with a camera around his neck and after introductions we chatted about where our tour would take us, Marc has a route in mind but is happy to accommodate any requests. We went with the flow and followed the suggested itinerary which covered Times Square, Central Park, Brooklyn Bridge, Grand Central station and many of the neighbourhoods. Marc was very helpful, he showed us how to buy a subway ticket and explained the different subway routes, this was really useful as it was our first day and made our sightseeing for the rest of the week easy!! At first we fell a bit shy having our photos taken but Marc put us at ease and we were soon posing like professionals! Marc answered all our questions about New York city and gave us an insight into life as a new yorker, including some of the best bars to visit and where to grab a bargain. During the tour Marc let us sneek a peek at some of the photos he had taken on the digital camera and asked if they were ok. This gave us the opportunity to say if we had any problems or wanted to do anything differently, however, we were very happy with the photos and continued to relax and let him do the hard work. We are so glad we followed Marcs lead and let him pick the areas to visit and where to take the pictures. The photos are amazing and are far better than we could ever have taken ourselves, especially as we are together in them, a rare luxury on holiday! Marc told us the CD with the images on would be left at the reception desk of our hotel within the next couple of days, which it was the following morning even though it was snowing heavily. Overall we really enjoyed our phototrek tour and have some fabulous pictures of our time in New York, i would definitely recommend this trip. | ||||||
