| I was really happy with the quality of the photographs my friend and I received from our tour. Marc was fantastic in re-arranging an alternative time for us after the original date was washed out with rain. We got photos of our trip that we could not have possibly taken ourselves. Into the bargain, we saw more in our 2 hour photo shoot of New York than we have managed to find ourselves. Thanks for the wonderful New York memories Marc. | ||||||

| My husband and I were in town celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. New York City is one of our favorite places and it was wonderful to have good photos taken to document this trip. No fumbling with a camera and asking strangers to snap a photo of the two of us which may or may not turn out. The photographer knows the city and just the right spot to take each photo. We loved the information he gave us about the different places we went. Highly recommended. | ||||||

| This was our fifth visit to NYC, and Marc our photo guide was still able to show us parts of the city we hadn't seen before. Marc was very personable, informative and his enthusiasm ensured we had a really enjoyable tour. The photos were painless and once over the initial concerns of having to stand in the middle of the road in Times Square it was very relaxed. Be ready to travel at speed with Marc... he doesn’t hang about! He can also recommend a great shop for home made cannolis! If you have a couple of hours to spare, we would highly recommend this tour. Ask him to end your tour in the west village, where there are some really good restaurants for lunch. | ||||||

| I booked this tour late and was only able to get a time slot at the end of our trip. I highly recommend that you take this tour!!! But take it at the beginning of your stay if you are new to NY. Our guide/photographer Marc was a wealth of information about the city as well as the bus lines, subways, etc. things you really need to know in traveling about the city. We saws lots, and over 130+ pictures taken of my daughter and I - not just my daughter!!! LOVE the idea and it was that and more!!!! | ||||||

| Marc was brilliant and so friendly.He showed us around his NewYork and tailored it to our expectations.His photos really captured the fun and excitment that comes with visiting new york. Marc knew all the best locations and explained the subway and so much about New York to us.We visited areas we would never have found by ourselves and feel we discovered the real new york. The photos are brilliant and Marc got the disc to us by 8am the next day. We can't recommend it enough.It will be the best part of your trip to New York. The photos in Central Park and on the Brooklyn Bridge are amazing and he also took us to Carrie's Brownstone stoop!! book now and you won't be disappointed. | ||||||

| we booked the photo tour on the recommendation of friends who used it in April 2008. we were in new york as a family to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary so this was a special occasion and we wanted good photos of all of us, some of which we could frame when home. the tour was so much more than just good photos. firstly mark was a very friendly and enthusiastic person who immediately made us feel at ease. we felt like celebrities! he took us on the subway which was something we hadnt done on our own but was great to do with someone with local knowledge. secondly he took us on a whirlwind tour all the time giving wee snippets of information which entertained the whole family age 10 years and up. he was flexible and if there was a picture you particularly wanted he would try his best to get it. we weren't able to get a slot prior to us leaving but i took the phone number and phoned once in new york and Marc accommodated us. he was even able to change the day/time due to inclement weather. We had our tour only a few hours before flying home and by the time we arrived home we could view the pictures online via a link that marc emailed to us. the hard disc arrived within 5 days. | ||||||

| We recently visited NYC and reserved a tour with Marc at Photo Trek. It was one of the BEST things we did. Not only was Marc an excellent tour guide and photography, he is personable and knowledgeable about the city and sights. We were unfamiliar with the city and Marc helped us maneuver the complicated subway system. We also received FABULOUS pictures of both of us together which seldom happens. It was wonder to have professional photos taken of our wonderful memories of NYC. We will cherish our memories and photos forever! Thanks Marc, you really made our trip special. | We really enjoyed our photo tour of New York this past June. Mark was great, the photos are good and we felt very comfortable with the city after our 3 hour tour. We took the tour as soon as we arrived in the city and once we were done we felt great getting around on our own for the next three days - thanks to the tour we took with Mark. I highly recommend it - it's well worth the price. We love the photo memories we have of our trip. Only one strong recommendation - the tour is very fast (Mark wants you to get your money's worth) so wear running shoes - seriously!! | ||||||

| An absolutely outstanding tour that we would highly recommend! Matt and I were staying in New york for a fortnight with a 5 day trip to Boston in the middle of it. We had our tour on day three and from the first minute of meeting Mark we both felt so comfortable and at ease with him. We asked Mark to chose where he took us, as we said to him " you're the boss and you know the best places" We visited Times Square, Central Park, went on the subway, Brooklyn Bridge, soho and Greenwich. It was awsome! We felt so relaxed and so famous!!! We could see people looking at us and thinking "who are they" it was just so much fun! Mark dropped our cd of 113 photo's off at our hotel later that afternoon and they were stunning. The close-ups of us against the stunning New York backgrounds are fabulous and to have so many photo's of the two of us is wonderful. To give you an idea of how amazing this tour was.........we went straight back and booked another one for the day before we came home! The second tour was as amazing as the first one, maybe even better because we felt even more at ease with Mark, he had become more of a friend by this point. We had our own ideas this time and Mark was quite happy to fall in with them and also to make a few suggestions of his own. We went to Grand Central Terminal, (ask him about the whispering wall!) Bryant Park, Ground Zero, The South Street Seaport and others that I just can't remember at this point. Please, if you have the chance to do this tour then do it!!! You will feel a million dollars, you will have awesome photo's of ALL people in your group, you'll get a private tour of New York by a native New Yorker and you'll get to make a damn good friend too!!! What more could you ask for?? Mark, if you're reading this............................Told you I'd write you a good one didn't I! | The photo tour was great! Our guide (Mark) was well informed about the sights of the city and took us all over. My husband and I were on a trip alone. So having pictures of us together around the city was great. | ||||||

| This was our first experience to New York. I'd like to think that I am conservative and realistic when searching for tours at any destination places we are about to visit for the very first time. MARC IS A CLASS ACT! Everything the reviews stated proved to be more and then some. A little apprehensive as I have Lupus and flare up on occassion, which my feet did swell, Marc was extremely patient and kind throughout our walking tour. He was still able to provide "MAGICAL MOMENTS/PHOTOS that my husband and I would not ever had otherwise. He made it a point to escort us to our next destination and pointed out several fine deli's in the vicinity. He delivers the photos as promised, we had ours by 11:30 a.m. and I have since not only referred tourist in New York City while we were there to take advantage of a WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY, but I have shown our photos to friends and family, and they were awe struck with statements such as, "WOW, What GREAT PHOTOS", "What a GREAT INVESTMENT", "What a lifetime of MEMORIES", "The pictures are OUTSTANDING and CAPTURED THE EXCITEMENT"! You won't regret spending 2-3 hours with Marc and Photo Trek. This turned out to be "Our Dream of a Lifetime, something we will have forever to REMEMBER!" Marc, a special note to you...... YOU PROVIDE A WONDERFUL SERVICE, KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO! Next time Jon & I are there to visit, we will do Greenwhich Village, Soho, and maybe Little Italy! | I grew up in Queens, but Mark from phototrek still showed me a thing or two about NYC that I didn't know! It was great fun being a "tourist" for the day. The pictures came out clear and beautiful, money well spent for NYers or out of town tourists. He takes you to photo spots you will want to remember! | ||||||
