| We thoroughly enjoyed our photo tour with Marc! He was very informative about the sights he took us on and took wonderful pictures. We will enjoy these pictures for a lifetime! We do hope to come back in the near future though and will more than likely contact PhotoTrek tours again for another tour and more outstanding pictures to take home with us. We had the 3 hour tour and probably could have done more. He told us several good restaurants to try and at the end of the tour said goodbye to us in front of a pizza place he recommended and boy was it the best pizza we have ever eaten! This is definetely a tour to take to see the sights and have pictures taken with your entire party in them!!! We highly recommend to everyone traveling to the Big Apple!!! | ||||||

| We only had one day in Manhattan and wanted to see as much as we could. We found Photo Trek on the Internet and it seemed great for two single ladies visiting the City for the first time. We spoke with our guide, Marc Samuels, by phone prior to making the trip and gave him an idea of what we wanted to see. Marc made some excellent suggestions and we tailored the tour to our own taste and pace. Marc met us in our hotel lobby and the adventure began. In just 4 hours, we were able to see so much of this fabulous City--places we'd seen in movies and read about in books. At a comfortable pace, we visited areas such as Time Square, Rockefeller Center, Wall Street, Trump Tower, Tiffany's, the spectacular view of the city from the Brooklyn Bridge, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Greenwich Village, Washington Square Park, Soho, Central Park, Grand Central Station, City Hall and City administration buildings and even a visit to the site of the former World Trade Center. The tour included many photo ops and we were invited to request specific shots as desired. Our guide was very professional, knowledgeable of the city, personable, an excellent photographer and delightful company. We continued to our next destination in upstate New York after the tour. Marc sent our photos via prirority mail and we each had a CD containing our photos waiting for us when we returned to our respective homes. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting New York. | ||||||

| I would highly recommend this tour/photo op experience for anyone thinking of doing it. Marc is a great guy, is very professional and definitely knows the city. It is almost impossible for a couple to both get in a picture unless you hold the camera arms length or stop someone to take one for you. Marc takes you to all the places that a tourist would want to see and gets your group in a great photo. He also asks if you have any photo requests or want to see a specific area of the city. You also get way over the amount of pictures that is specified and the cd is delivered right to your hotel desk the next day. Marc also called and gave us a couple suggestions for restaraunt week. Again this is a great option to go for and a great photographer!!!! Thanks again Marc....... | ||||||

| A great start to our holiday and the tour fully lived up to our expectations. Mark gave us a real taste of the city and took some great family pictures. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting New York for the first time but make sure you book at the start of your trip. | ||||||

| We wanted to learn more about New York from a native New Yorker. Marc was very knowledgeable. He provided much information and showed us sights we did not know about such as the talking wall at Grand Central Station. The pictures he provided at the end made the tour truly memorable. | The Best part of our Trip! Not only did the pictures turn out SUPER, but we got to see sites we would NEVER have thought to go see durng our stay. Not just professional, but very knowlegable about the city AND offered advise on what to see during our stay. It's fast paced, but you don't feel rushed. My husband and I were celebrating our 7 year anniversary. Of all the events we had planned, this was our favorite. This is a "must do" for anyone. Make sure to do this first as you are guided by a professional with helpful hints on riding the subway, getting around town and suggesting areas to visit according to your likes! Definitely worth it! Definitely will recommend! Thanks for the memories PhotoTrek! | ||||||

| This was bar far one of the best investments we made for our trip to the "Big Apple". This tour not only showed us the city and capture the moments on film, but helped us get a better understanding of how to navigate around town. Had we not taken this tour the first day we were there I can see that we would have been completely lost and may have ended up somewhere we didn't care to be. | Thank you for a WONDERFUL New York City experience. This was by far the best tour we have ever taken. Marc is an incredible tour guide and a fantastic photographer. He captured the essence of NY City in photos that we could have never done on our own. He not only educated us on the city but on how to get around and we felt very comfortable in NY by the time the tour was over. He definitely went the extra mile by carrying my bag so that we would have uncluttered pictures. He thinks of everything and this became even more apparent after we got home and we saw the photos he had taken....WOW !!! I want to do this again if we ever go back, this is an adventure worth every penny. At the end of the day, it is truly a priceless experience to take home photos that are fun and creative and have done a tour that was truly remarkable. Thank you for making our trip great and for making us feel so special. | ||||||

| I'm lucky. I travel often. This was my 4th trip to NY City and found the photo tour to be a large part to why this was my favorite visit! The experience ran smoothly from the moment we recieved a confirmation call for the next morning with our meeting spot, to the very last moment. I found the guide wanted us to have fun and enjoy the experience and even let us suggest pictures we wanted taken, which would have meaning to us he couldn't know about. Conversation was easy, I felt safe with the guide and he lived up to his promises to show us the hot spots, take the best pictures, and delivered the CD that evening as promised. I came home and have looked through my pictures over and over. I highly recommend taking the tour, it was worth every penny. I know I have memories caught in pictures I would never have been able to get on my own. I only hope I can find this service in other cities...it'll be the first thing I look for when I take any vacation. I've already given family and friends the recommendation not to visit NY without taking this photo tour! My parents have been to NY at least 10 times, and after viewing my photos they agree they have to line this tour up for their next trip. Enjoy NY, and have the pictures to prove it!!! | ||||||

| If you are traveling to NYC I would recommend this tour as not only a great way to get your bearings in the city but also as a way to create memories of your trip. The tour guide is friendly, knowledgeable and informative and the pictures that are taken are of excellent quality. If like me and my other half you are going as a couple the tour is for you it removes the having to ask random strangers to take your photo and risk them legging it with your gear. All in all the experience is very positive and you will have something to remember your trip for ever. Kevin & Sharon | ||||||

| What a brilliant way to see the Big Apple. We had a great time with Marc who really knows his city - plus, he's a great guy. He was very considerate and looked after us well, taking us to parts of New York we would not otherwise have had time to see if we were exploring on our own. We are already telling all our friends that if they come to NYC they MUST book a tour with Marc. Truely brilliant - the photos are already printed out and up in the house, reminding us of our great holiday. Thanks so much Marc, we will definitely see you again when we come back to the Big Apple - although that might take a while!......but we will see you then!!!!!!!! | ||||||

| We recently visited NYC and reserved a tour with Marc at Photo Trek. It was one of the BEST things we did. Not only was Marc an excellent tour guide and photography, he is personable and knowledgeable about the city and sights. We were unfamiliar with the city and Marc helped us maneuver the complicated subway system. We also received FABULOUS pictures of both of us together which seldom happens. It was wonder to have professional photos taken of our wonderful memories of NYC. We will cherish our memories and photos forever! Thanks Marc, you really made our trip special. | My wife and I have visited New York several times and we go on a tour each time we're there. Friends of ours recommended this one and we're glad we listened to them. This is definitely the best tour so far and an excellent value for the money. It was so nice to have the tour guide to ourselves and not have to deal with lots of other people. Marc was superb. He's got the best parts of the New York personality - friendly, helpful and really proud of his city which made it a lot of fun. The pictures are great! We absolutely love them. Also, taking all those pictures in NY made it feel like more of an experience we can take with us. Not like the other tours we've been on that are fun at the time but you forget them afterwards. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PHOTOTREK. | ||||||

| I have to say the phototour was fantastic. Mark was very professional and interacted well with us. When we met, he explained about where we would go and gave us a choice of an additional stop on the tour. As we were walking around New York, Mark explained about the areas we were walking though. Mark came across as very proud of his city and new his stuff. He showed genuine interest in us and where we were from and what we hoped to achieve whilst in New York. We took the the 2 hour Best of New York tour and it was great, showed us some of the major highlights of New York and gave us a good orientation. We were billed to receive at least 75 photos of the tour and ended up with 123! I can't recommend this enough, it's an excellent way to get to grips with New York and an ideal way to get photo's of everyone in your party, without having to ask a stranger to take a pic of you. I've recommended this to some of my friends who are heading to New York later in the year. I'm your thinking about doin this tour. DO IT! you won't regret it | ||||||
