Me and my parents were in New York for a week in March and this walk was one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide Ned was very informative and took us around at the perfect pace to get enough information without being overloaded. It was a real treat to learn the history of this incredible area and I would definitely recommend this walk to other travelers.

Our guide was Steve. He was great. Very knowledgeable but also funny and engaging. It was about 25 degrees outside but my 13 year old and 11 year old did fine. I'm originally from Long Island NY and still learned lot I didn't know about Wall St. and the area. We went to the finance museum after the tour and the tour was a great pre activity. Made many of the finance exhibits more understandable for my tween boys.

very knowledgeable tour leader

We really enjoyed this tour. Our tour leader, Ned, was a retired New Yorkan with a really easy going personality. The earbuds that were supplied were a little large for my ear, but it was really helpful to be able to hear Ned over the hub-bub of the area. Really interesting from an historical perspective.

This was our frist trip to NYC and we wanted to see as much as we could in just 2 days. We decided to do this tour since it covered wall street and ground zero area. My olderst teenage son is interested in a career in finance and was particulary interested in seeing the Wall Street area. The tour guide was terriffic! I happened to be extremely cold the day we took our tour (1/4/14) but we were surprised with complimentary hand warmers and a stop at Starbucks for hot chocolate. I had read in precious reviews that the we would be given ear buds and radios to hear our tour guide. It was perfect! It was so much better than trying to huddle very closely to the guide. We could hear all his comments above street noise, etc. The actual information delivered during the tour was perfect! Just enough history to inform us but not overwhelming. There were also pictures occasionally displayed by the tour guide. He also provided cool info about various famous people that had been involved either with living/investing in the area, or had visited the area. The only downside was there were no public bathrooms after the tour - but i found that to be true throughout the city. I'm nost sure that this tour is great for younger childen but for us it was perfect

pleae note web site said tickets to 911 Memorial were included in tour. Not the case, you end the tour at the 911 site . I suggest you go online and get your free passes prior to your visit . If not you will have to log on and reserve them then walk 4 blocks to the preview site and pick them up and come back.

Our guide knew the interesting history on most of the buildings on the tour and was an interesting story teller. He provided fun facts and tidbits in addition to pointing out the historical significance. The only negative was quality of the trasmitted message received on the walkie talkie system . Too much static - should be upgraded.

Very impressed with tour

Was very impressed with the organization and quality of information on this tour. The guide gave a very good amount of information which was very interesting. Loved the fact that the tour guide worked on Wall Street for around 30 years and wasn't just some guy that was trained by the company to give information. Loved having the radio's so we could actually hear what the guide was saying instead of hearing every 3rd word like you do on most tours. Overall, this tour definetly exceeded my expectations and was very well run. Definetly would recommend a visitor take this tour next time they're in NY.
