Totally worth it!

The 90 min tour was quite informative and interesting at the same time. Visiting Wall Street without such a tour would not mean the same as the history, chain of events and the untold stories are what make Wall Street. The tour is given in English only with no translation. So if u do not have a good command of the language then the tour will mean nothing to you.

Excellent tour by a fellow who knew what he was talking about. The Wall Street history and financial district was great. Ned was an excellent host.

I went with my boyfriend, I had bought the tour for him as a birthday present as he is really interested in the wall street area and the stock markets. We both really enjoyed the tour from Ned who was a fountain of knowledge! I would definitely recommend the tour for anyone who wants to learn more about this area, we both found out a lot of things you can't learn from reading a book!!

It was very informative and interesting. I got a good understanding of how the area developed as it did. Our guide, Steve had worked on the floor of the stock exchange so he had some good insight and had the area's history down. He was also entertaining, kind of a "Larry David" kind of New Yorker. It's a real nice change of pace from the standard NYC tourist spots.

It was perfect even with our group of 50. Chris Foley made it safe, informative and meaningful.

Steve was very informative, applied his acting prowess wherever needed, this factor kept one smiling on a tour that can be laden with heavy facts. I would like to include a visit into the stock exchange to see the trading floor, or even a peek at a day of trading.

Much ado about nothing

They were too many participants and threfore the group partedin two sub groups, each with another guide. I expected more about inside of wall street an eventually a visit inside the stock exchange but we got only history and building description. Not enough for the money we paid.

Without going inside the buildings or paying much attention to NYC after 9/11, the tour guide was great at filling in the details and sharing how much wall street has changed.

Tour was very informative and interesting. Unfortunately the microphone was not very loud and difficult to hear sometimes with traffic.

We are a couple who went on this tour with our 20 year old nephew from Texas. We all enjoyed the rich history of New York and the U.S. that we received from the tour. The tour ended up at the 9/11 memorial and then we toured that on our own. It was a very enjoyable day and the highlight of my nephews visit . Ned, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and articulate.

Compact history overview about NY+Wall Street+9/11
Thu, Aug 14  10:00 AM AJwall_NY Male 50-59 International Tourist(s) Unspecified
A compact history overview (1,5h) about NY+Wall Street+9/11, in clearly spoken English, loudspeakers for assistance were helpful, small group of 10 people, including the absolut interesting history of the beginnings of NY (Nieuv Amsterdam) till today, with many unknown facts about the beginning of the financial system - absolutely entertaining! Walk was slow with rests + enough time for taking pics, questions were competently answered. So: a MUST DO

We decided in the morning to go down to Wall Street and found this tour online, booked and went to join tour. Tour guide Ned was easy to listen to and was a fountain of information about the history of Wall Street and surrounding district. The 90 mins flew by could have heard more. Highly recommend taking the time for this tour.

Wall Street Walks was a great tour! I really enjoyed hearing how the area developed, how history influenced the location of the US Capitol, and some stories about how prominent historical figures impacted Wall Street and US finances. Of course the tour pointed out the prominent buildings but it also highlighted some lesser known areas which were interesting. The tour guide was great, highly entertaining and funny, and did a great job of catering the tour to everyone's interests. The fact that the tour ended at the 9/11 Memorial was extremely convenient, allowing me to schedule a visit to the museum right after the tour. Overall, the tour was great and the guide was amazing, well worth the value!
