A Perfect Day

This tour was the perfect way to start our weekend in Annapolis! Our guide, Carolyn, was so enthusiastic, and kept everyone energized, even though it was a VERY cold day. All the restaurants we visited were delicious, and the tour was well-paced with a bit of walking and history in between each restaurant. This was crucial for me, as I have a small stomach, and the portions were very generous (crab soup, lamb sliders, flatbread pizza...). Carolyn had lots of interesting stories--which buildings were haunted, stories about crazy characters at the local church, artifacts that may or may not have been pirate loot. Our only regret was that we were too stuffed at the end of the tour, and didn't have room to go back to any of the restaurants for dinner! I highly recommend this tour.

Great time in Annapolis. We were a tour of three, two plus Nora, our guide. She gave us the full tour and we appreciated it. From the history to the great food, we got to know Annapolis. Nora told us not only about food but recommended some great shops for us. Thoroughly enjoyed the time and look forward to more food tours.

Why experience one restaurant when you can try out 5. And you get a great

historical tour of the area by an life long local. In addition the walk helps greatly to

prepare you for the next restaurant. Our guide was fantastic. Her knowledge

of the area was encyclopedic. Highly recommend for all ages.

It was a rainy afternoon in Annapolis, but we made the best of the afternoon. Our guide was full of information and history of the neighborhoods and the food at every stop was excellent. It is heavy on the seafood, so if you don't like things from the sea, make sure you let them know before you go so they can make adjustments to the menu for you. Would recommend this tour if you are in town!

Tour guide (Ms. Caroline); very professional and full of knowledge about the city as well as the restaurants visited during the tour. I will definitely recommend this tour to anyone who decide to visit Maryland. Thank you very much for a wonderful time and experience!

Our family, including a 19 and 21 year old, took the tour last week with our guide, Carolyn. She was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We couldn't have had a better time. This is a great way to learn about Annapolis and try out some restaurants so that your can return for a full meal later. We already have a few on our list for a return visit. Highly recommend.

Nora provided a wonderful tour of the highlights of Annapolis and introduced us to fantastic food around the city. The tour was a great mix of landmarks, historical stories, current cultural insights, and a tasty variety of things to eat! Every person in my family tried some food they wouldn't normally eat, just because it was clearly a thought out choice by Nora and worth the taste! We were not disappointed!

Disappointing

I am originally from Maryland, so I thought it would be fun to bring two South Carolina friends on this food tour.

Our guide was nice but the food was not at all what I expected, nor the tour. I could buy pizza, ravioli, ice cream, potatoe soup and a catfish taco pretty much anywhere. There was one oyster shooter and that was regional, and a very bad crab ball in the potatoe soup but I was expecting regional food....crab soup, steamed or soft shell crab, Utz potatoe chips, etc. there is plenty to eat on this tour so that was not the problem but you could easily have taken an Annapolis tour and then picked your own spots to graze. Also, this is not a tour I would do with more than 6 people total, children would not like or be happy on this tour and do not expect to be fed in historic taverns. This could have been a great way to see Annapolis. It was not. Save your money.

Tour guide was wonderful and added in a lot of fun historic details we would never know and weve lived in Maryland forever. The restaurants were a nice variety and the food was fun, if not always what I would have ordered for myself. Proud that I did my first ever oyster shooter! ( probably my last, but it was still an experience)
