SHOCK full of Hollywood info! (Pun intended!)
Tue, Jan 6  1:00 PM Annereed Female 50-59 Domestic Tourist(s) Group of Friends
Three hours of pure head-turning Hollywood scandals, from the distant past, up to very recent events. This tour has plenty for everyone, and it's not restricted to death tales. It includes lots and lots of current pop culture references. Was a big highlight of our trip. Never boring. Just right!

If you miss this've missed the best

Scott was an excellent tour guide. We learned and saw more than we'd ever imagined. He is so passionate about his craft and his business it's contagious. We came home a couple days after our tour and immediately watched Hollywood Death Trip on YouTube. He is the tour guide/narrator of the program. It will give you an example of what the tour is and if you will like him. If you're especially interested in someone's death be sure to let him know. He will make every effort to take you to that spot if at all possible. His tour is legit unlike most of the tours in LA/Hollywood. I so enjoyed it and my 15 year old had a fantastic time too. Even my husband was so glad that he went. Like my heading says, if you miss this one you've missed the best most interesting tour.

Impressively Informative

Our tour guide was truly a historian. We were impressed by the depth of his information, but then again he is an expert at the area and at training other tour guides . . . . :)

Terrific Tour!

Lots to see, lots of information, lots of fun, all delivered brilliantly by Brian Donnelly, our outrageously knowledgeable and funny tour guide. WAAAY more than just a bus ride around to see some celebrity death locations -- this felt like an in-depth experience of LA's most illustrious neighborhoods, past and present. We learned so much and really enjoyed ourselves. Brian is a gem!

Great overview of some death locations
Sun, Dec 21, 14   1:00 PM sstilch Female 20-29 Domestic Tourist(s) Family Without Children
The tour guide (Richard) was great, we went by a ton of locations, some being celebrity death locations and some being locations of interest for other reasons. Unfortunately, I didn't know many of the people (as I am fairly young) but there was a book that accompanied the tour that helped me know everything I needed to know and my mom recognized almost all of the stories being told. Overall it was extremely fun but bring a sweater, those busses are cold!

One of the best tours I have taken!

Our tour guide, Brian, was soooooo knowledgable! I live in LA and wanted to learn things that's I don't already know. A lot of the things he told me were new to me! The tour was sooooo interesting that I didn't even notice the 3 hours go by! I can totally tell that Brian was enthusiastic about his job. Would definitely take again and recommend to everyone!

Amazing Tour!

Wow is all I can say! Scott was the tour guide on the Helter Skelter tour and he was beyond fantastic! He was informative, entertaining and above all knowledgeable. I was looking forward to taking part in this tour and Scott made the tour everything it was and more. He took us to the LaBianca home, Cielo drive, past El Coyote amongst other locations. He answered any questions we had on the tour and at the end gave us a piece of Sharon Tate's fire place. Thank you for such an amazing tour Scott.

Would recommend to anyone. Great way to see and learn about Hollywood/ Beverly Hills, with a bit of morbidity sprinkled in. :) Brian was an enthusiastic tour guide with a wealth of knowledge. Such a fun experience and all 8 members of our family enjoyed it. Great value also!

My favourite Tour in LA!
Wed, Nov 26, 14   1:00 PM JessAlma88 Female 20-29 International Tourist(s) Individual
This is the third time I've done this tour and each time is as good as the last! Brian was our tour guide and he had a wealth of knowledge on all things death in LA which is a big plus in my books. He was enthusiastic the entire time and answered any questions myself or others had on the tour. If you love anything morbid, creepy or deathly, then this is the tour for you. I will continue to go on this tour each time I come to LA, thanks Brian for being a great tour guide and Scott for being such a great host at the store. 10/10!

The tour was well done yet I wish they would of gone into more detail - the history. The bus was nice but felt squished - which we were. The office is a treasure trove of goodies to look at also. The guide was quite funny so very entertaining. The lady at the office was polite and kind.

We enjoyed the tour very much but not for little ones - my teenager enjoyed vastly!

Very interesting but it is hard to see from van
Sat, Nov 15, 14   1:00 PM katiemlj Female 20-29 Domestic Tourist(s) Group of Friends
This was a fun tour but it was very hard to see from the van windows (particularly depending on what side you were looking at. I saw another van that seemed to have taller windows than our van did and maybe that helped. I enjoyed the stories and the sights, it was a good way to show our out-of-town guests a view of beverly hills and other neighborhoods. Some of the stories were very interesting but some were less-known and I wasn't sure who the people were that were described. In general, it was a good tour, but over-priced for missing a few sights due to the visibility from the van.

Being big fans of the macabre and darker side of Hollywood tis tour was a must see on our trip to LA. The guide was exceptionally knowledgeable about not just the death and destruction of Hollywood legends but pop cultute and LA itself. I would highly recommend this tour, you won't be disappointed. Next time we are in town we'll be doing it again along with the Helter-skelter tour. Thank you.
