There was little or no management of the guests.

After taking an open spot on the port side we were invaded by roving young fisherman who managed to tangle up lines with abandon. We spent most of the morning on the port side until the captain decided at the last stop to rotate. WE spent the rest of the morning - 1/2 hour? - fishing from the starboard side. Never made it to the stern where most of the large fish were caught.

No rotation

It would have been good if they would rotate everyone at least twice during this time so everyone fishes from a different portion of boat. In fishing in bow bait was very limited.

I booked for a 3/4 day trip, 1/2 hour before departure an E-mail was send, the boat was full.

Given a choise to go on a 1/2 day boat was taken,

Boat left 15 minutes late and returned 1/2 an hour early. boat stayed at a place no action too long.

Hardly any fish of legal size. It was a lousy bad exsperience

I am never go on another 1/2 day boat out of Dana Point again.

We are from Washington state....when you go fishing there. You can get. Something you can eat. ....and they don,t

Drop the hook ten minutes. From the dock over a kelp bed...

I was really let down after driving three hours. To get there and spending a.hundread and twenty bucks i wouldn,t reommend this to anybody ..we live in a. RV park and a lot of folks ask about the trip ...i don ,t think you will be hearinh from them

Great outing for grandparents or parents to share with their children. Great hamburgers on board and a great crew. So helpful to the children. And there was a fishing instruction class on board before departure. Advise you to book on line and arrive early. This seems to be a very popular adventure.
