Fantastic experience

It was a beautiful day and my group of 15 people, including children, really enjoyed it! We saw a mother gray whale and her calf playing in the coves close to shore. We saw 3 schools of dolphins that were right next to the ship! The guide was very informative and we learned a lot about the life of a gray whale and the different kind of dolphins that were off the shores of California. The boat was clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Well run business, with enthusiastic, knowledgeable staff. We liked the boat, too........large enough that it was comfortable and steady on the wart, but lots of room for good viewing. Unfortunately we only saw dolphins (fairly late in the season) but they offered a free re-visit ticket that never expires. Highly recommend this company

Our captain was very informative and enthusiastic. You could tell he truly cared about the ocean and it's inhabitants. Moved the boat the minuted he could tell the mother whale was uncomfortable with our presence, unlike a few other boats that kept after her. A wonderful experience! Will for sure return for another trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip, as well as seeing many whales in their natural habitat, doing what they do every year as they migrate. It was a thrilling experience! Only criricism is there was limited seating in the open air where one is less apt to experience nausea. We were lucky..came early to line up for the boat...and made it to the top where there were tables and bench seating. Plus we could see everything!

Whale Watching At Its Best

We had the fortunate opportunity to see whales on our excursion that was highlighted by spotting a sick and injured whale. Our captain immediately began following and watching the whale to determine scope of the situation. He kept us informed of what he observed and alerted whale rescue organizations. It was determined that the whale had its tail trapped in ropes and crab pot paraphernalia. We stayed with the whale until the appropriate people could arrive to help it. It was tragic to see this suffering whale but also uplifting to see how caring and supportive whale watching organizations are with dedication to saving whales.

Throughout our trip the captain provided facts about whales, their feeding habits, migration and other interesting things about the whales in our oceans. He also told us about not letting trash (plastic bottles, bags, ropes and string, etc) get into the ocean because of the risk they pose to ocean life. We ended our whale watching experience feeling a powerful connection to whales and their care by humans.

This was our second whale watching trip. Found your employess (desk to ship crew) helpful and knowledgable. On our most recent trip We only encountered one probably disabled whale without a tail??? Our first trip last year was an exceptioal trip for whale watching. Looking to have that same experence again. Pricing was with a discount and a very godd value. Will do it again with your company.

My triplets flew to California to be with me for their Spring Break. We planned this trip well in advance and could not have been more pleased with the Whale Watching Tour that you provided us with. The pod of dolphins was simply amazing (I thought a pod would mean 5-6 dolphins, not HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS of dolphins!!!) Then, viewing the two California Gray Whales and having one breech right in front of us was just breath-taking. Thank you for making my triplets' trip so wonderful!

Our time on board was exciting. We saw so many whales that we stopped counting them. Our Captain was very well informed regarding these mammals and provided us with insights and valuable information. We saw two whales breach at the end of our tour . What a wonderful and educational experience.
