The captain of our Whale Watching trip has been doing this since 1989. He is extremely knowledgeable and I felt he still was in awe after seeing these magnificent creatures so many times. He know where to go and how to approach the whales. The crowd was wonderful and they don't overcrowd the boat. I thoroughly enjoyed the views of Dana Point and San Clemente as well. I came away with new wonder and appreciation for God's amazing creatures. Worth it!

Had an incredible time. Took my wife and two young children out for a 2 hour whale watching trip. We were able to see a large pod of Dolphins as well as two gray whales. The captain and crew were great. Well educated in the sights and wildlife. Food onboard the boat was good.

Great experience overall and great memory maker for our kids.

It was a great day. The crew was friendly and enthusiastic. The boat was clean. We saw a whale and followed it for about 35 minutes. Then took off and found a school of dolphins about 500-600 strong. The crew was very professional. My sister was in from Pennsylvania and enjoyed the cruise thoroughly.

We saw 2 magnificent blue whales and a huge sunfish that was sunning himself and did not move away. The crew gave us a lot of information about the animals we were looking at. Even though the water had high waves getting out into the ocean, the captain made the ride very smooth until we were in calmer waters. Also, the hot dogs were delicious.

There were lots of dolphins but no whales to be seen; we spent about an hour with the dolphins which lost the allure after about 15 minutes.

Rough weather, but Cpt Jack found whales!

It was raining and rough weather to start. We weren't sure they would go out in the rain, but they had a full ship, so they went! It was fun, and wet (mostly due to rain). Water was choppy, but cant blame that on the sea men. They did a great job teaching about whales and their migration routes. We did see a few groups of greys, and our Capt got us to a group that were doing fluke (tail) breaches! That was awesome to see. My girls (13 & 16) LOVED it and would love to go again... when it's warmer and dry! No dolphins on our trip. :(
