Not as interesting as the Greenwich Village tour

The Guide was personable and courteous. I don't think the value was there for this tour as compared to the other Foods of NY tours. It was interesting, just not awesome.

Rahim was a fabulous guide. Second time I've done this tour and it was even better than the first which I thought was great. The food, history of Chinatown and various experiences added up to a wonderful tour (about the fifth I've taken with Food Tours of New York) .

Our eating experiences were not rushed and a clean bathroom was available at most of the sites. Enjoyed the cultural and history commentary throughout our tour. Our guide, Bert, added to the total experience because of his personal connection to Chinatown having lived there several years. Really appreciated having other small eateries pointed out and what their specialties were, so when we come back we will try to experience some new food places.

After the tour, we were given suggestions on museums, temples, tea stores and other parks to visit in Chinatown.

Thanks, Bert!

Our guide was wonderful. He gave us so much information about Chinatown as it was and now is. The food was wonderful and plenty of it. I even learned how to use chopsticks. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour.

We were greated enthusiastically and was introduced to all the participants. Our tour guide Raheem was fantastic. He was a fun person who was very knowledgeable about the area and the food. I would highly recommend this tour. This was our second tour and I can say it will not be our last. Looking forward to our next one.

Loved the mixture of great food and history! Different from other food tours, we went to 3 sit down restaurants rather than stand outside 6 or 7. Food was plentiful, tour guide Rahim was FABULOUS! This was my second Tour and I would totally recommend!!

My daughter and I went on the Gourmet Chinatown tour. The guide, Burt, was terrific. He was very detailed in his descriptions and seemed very knowledgeable about the area. And let's not forget the delicious food. We haven't ever eaten Peking duck before, and now we want more. You won't be disappointed with this tour.

I appreciated the intelligence and enthusiasm of our guide Bert. He provided many interesting tidbits about life in Chinatown past and present. I particularly enjoyed Columbus Square and the candy shop. All the meals were high quality and diverse. The pace was comfortable and again enhanced by a considerate guide. A birthday presentation was arranged for me in a delightful manner. Many thanks!
