This was our second food tour with Raheem and he was amazing, as usual. We did this tour at night, which I would highly recommend. It was an entirely different perspective of Chinatown without the usual heavy crowds. The food was so delicious. In fact, we returned to Dim Sum Go Go two days later for breakfast and, in addition to the dishes we had on the tour, we also ordered new items. All of them were superb. I'd highly recommend this tour.

We had done the Greenwich Village tour the previous day and so knew what to expect. Raheem was a great tour guide. He was very entertaining but also very knowledgable about the area which made the tour for us. The eating places had obviously been chosen with care and it was all very organised and worked smoothly. Every place we went to the food was absolutely delicious. It snowed during our tour but most of our time was spent inside so this didn't matter. Can't recommend the tour or Raheem as a guide highly enough.

This was an excellent tour - our guide was extremely knowledgeable about both the food and the history of Chinatown. Importantly to me, he was also very enthusiastic about it, which made coming out on a rainy day well worth it. Money well spent!

It was a cold February day,but that did not detract from the very pleasant experience.Raheem, our guide, was

Knowledgeable and an engaging young man, lots of stories and trivia of interest. He was also "into"food and we

Learned lots about types and preparation of Chinese dishes...and were able to sample great Dim Sum,Peking

Duck,Malasian roti canai, and a dessert custard tart, all very good. This is good value for the money...you will not

Be disappointed.

Fun and Tasty Introduction to New York's Chinatown

This was a fun and tasty introduction to New York’s Chinatown. Met Raheem, our tour guide, and the rest of the tour group on the second floor of Dim Sum Go Go where we started with four different types of dumplings and a roast pork bun. We were given a booklet with a list of Chinatown restaurants and their recommended food items, shops, and attractions.

Next we went for a walking tour of parts of Chinatown with Raheem providing some history. We made a stop at Aji Ichiban, a specialty food shop, where we can make purchases. For our second restaurant stop, we had Peking Duck at the Peking Duck House. Afterwards, we walked through Columbus Park then to our third restaurant stop, the New Malaysian Restaurant, for roti. Final food stop was for an egg tart dessert at the Golden Manna Bakery.

Raheem did a great job guiding the tour. All the food was very tasty.

Wonderful food tour of vibrant Chinatown

Really enjoyed the food tour of Chinatown. Our guide, Raheem was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The variety of foods was superb from the delicious dim sum to the mouthwatering dessert course. We learned quite a bit about the neighborhood that a typical tourist walk through would never reveal. Since returning home we have recommended the tour to all of our friends. Well done! Full marks from two teachers!
