I was a little reluctant to use my visa to book this tour, but I am very glad we did. Very informative and I wish we had time for another of the tours. I would have loved the Saturday night Sushi tour as well. Not much walking at all and no uphill climbs to worry about.

My husband and I absolutely loved this tour. We're British tourists, and this served as an introduction to NYC's China Town as much as a culimary voyage of discovery. The guide (Rahim) was excellent - very knowledgeable and friendly: he really made the whole experience, dropping in little tips and stories. Not only did we sample some amazing food (including what my husband has dubbed 'The Best Dim Sum on Earth' - and this from a man who's visited China...), but we got to see locals playing Chinese Chess in the park and see a bolt-hole that was used by Chinese gang members back in the day. I would thoroughly recommend the tour - we did it to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday, but we'll definitely be going on one of the company's other foodie tours next time we're in town.

My husband and I have taken all the Food Tours presently offered and we'd be hard pressed to pick a favorite. This tour measured right up to the others and, Raheem, as usual, was an informed and enthusiastic guide.

Chinatown can be a challenging, somewhat impenetrable neighbourhood to visit and this tour was an excellent introduction. I'd strongly recommend it for both locals and visitors.

And they were right - come hungry.

What a great way to explore and experience Chinatown. We have been there several times, but this experience made us feel that for the first time, we knew our way around. Wonderful choices of restaurants and a great variety. Leader was very knowledgeable of the area and made many recommendations when we come back on our own. This was our first time with this company and we can't wait to sign-up for the next tour.

Yes we really enjoyed this - obviously the food was excellent (we actually went back to Dim Sum Go Go two days later for more) but the really great thing about this tour was the introduction to the best/recommended places. We have been to NY's Chinatown before but it can be confusing - even intimidating - if like us you are unsure about trusting either the guidebooks or your instincts in terms of the sheer volume of restaurants. What the tour did for us was to highlight where to go, where to avoid and what to look for in terms of quality. Rahim's enthusiasm was very positive. We'd recommend to others without hesitation.

Even though we were the only ones who showed up for the tour, the tour still went on. (Other groups cancelled last minute.) Our guide told us that it goes on if there is at least one person going and I find this commendable.

This was our second food tour (the first one was the Brookly Pizza Food Tour a couple of days before this one) and we enjoyed it as much as the first one. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every moment of it. The food was magnificent and the information provided by the guide was designed to enable us to enjoy the food and surroundings even more. A wonderful experience. Thanks.

An Awesome Experience

My husband and I are regular visitors to New York and the surrounding area. This was one of the best experiences. We not only had fun enjoying wonderful chinese food, but were educated on customs and the food culture by an agreeable and well informed guide. The tour also made us feel comfortable about re-visiting Chinatown. We both agreed that we will sign up for another food tour of a different area of N.Y. Please note that the number of tours are limited if you visit during a holiday week.
