This is our 3rd food tour and we love it. Our guide Raheem was excellent, very knowledgeable. We have 3 children ages 9,13 & 17 and they also enjoyed the tour. My daughter is a vegetarian and they always accommodate her food preference. We can't wait to book another one!

This is the third food tour I've done with the same company, and I've loved each one. Each guide was a real foodie and was quite engaged and engaging with the group. The spots chosen are fantastic and well worth return visits!

My son and his friend and I ate more than we could handle. The tour was informative, interesting and filled with a variety of foods to taste. Walked through Washington Square Park. We were lucky to have a beautiful day. We learned a lot about the area and architecture also. Highly recommend this tour.

Put this on your list of "must see and do" in NYC

The Central Village/SoHo Food & Culture Tour was a definite high-light of our visit to New York City. Our tour guide, Susan, was friendly and provided very interesting information about the history of buildings, culture and people that have made this neighborhood their home over the last hundred years. The food was an excellent sampling of different types of ethnic foods available in the area. I would recommend taking a tour as soon as you get into NYC, and then you would have time to go back to eat at each of the restaurants during the rest of your stay. The next time I am in New York City I will be including another food tour in our itinerary.

Excellent way to experience SOHO!
Fri, Aug 13, 10   12:30 PM CherieJohnso Female 40-49 International Tourist(s) Group of Friends
We ate our way through SOHO learning about the history and interesting facts about the culture. There were foods that I had never tasted before, nor would I have have had the chance to try them if it weren't for the food tour! We felt like we were on a browse about the city rather than a "tour", stopping at quirky bistros and cafes on our way. The food was amazing, even for a finicky eater like me! A definite must do for your bucket list! Just don't eat lunch before you go, you will get lots of food! Our guide was charming and informed, we wanted to take her away with us for the rest of our trip in NYC! Great value for the amount of food and a pleasant afternoon!

Excellent way to spend an afternoon

The food portions were generous, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about both the food and this part of New York City. I look forward to taking another food tour in a different location and would love to have the same guide. We were a group of 7 sisters and mom from ages 40-78 and all liked it. It was a great way to learn about a part of the city that's away from Times Square and test out foods from all different nationalities. It was a great value for the price also.

Our tour guide was so informative and enthusiastic. I did this tour last year with someone else and it was very good, but not anything like this one. I will do again!!!

A Delicious and Educational Experience

First, just want to say our guide, Susan, was so informative with the area's

history and facts. She made the three hours fly by even though the

weather tempature was in the 90's. Spent this tour with my teenage daughter and

totally enjoyed the food (And it was filling enough where we only had a light

dinner that evening). We are already planning our next Chelsea tour

for the fall.

I thought our tour gude Susan was extremely knowledgable about the food, restaurants and the neighborhood. For a girl who lives in NJ and spent many of her 20's in the village, I realized that tI did not know as much about the area as I thought. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I learned and enjoyed the tour. Susan is a real find. She gave us some very valuable information that I would never have learned if not for her. Please Please give her a raise, she deserves it. And in case yoiu are wondering I do not know Susan, I just met her on the tour.

P.S. My friends and I plan on heading back to the central village this Thursday night to see a show at the Minetta Theater and eat at the wonderful Indian restaurant on the tour.

Thanks again for a great time.
