This was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon in a beautiful neighborhood rich in culture and diversity. Our guide's knowledge of history and the the current residents was invaluable giving us an inside glimpse of the area. The food was amazing and the package was exceptional value . Cannot wait to do another area of the city with this group !

I spent 5 days in Manhattan, and this tour was definitely my favorite event. I was with my 2 teenaged daughters and my parents who are in their 70's. All of us had a great time, and the food was delicious! Susan, our tour guide, was knowlegable about the neighborhood and a fun leader. We loved Greenwich and Soho so much that we returned 2 days later and ate lunch at one of the tasting spots (Monte's).

This was our second tour through your company. After the first (sept 2009), we thought it surely could not measure up, but it exceeded all our expectations. Tour guide was personable, and was knowledgeable of our stops, as well as other places and facts. We would take another and highly recommend to anyone visiting NYC.

It was wonderful! Our tour guide was fabulous! We took along our concerige from the Edison Hotel a Brooklyn native. Me, my twin 13 year old son's from Montana. We learned so much history! The food was out of this world! I'm sure Andrew from the Edison will recommend this tour to many guest! One of our highlights for sure!!!!!

The Greenwich Village food tour was one of the highlights of our trip to New York. This is a great way to get to know the Village before you head out on your own.

On this tour you'll sample excellent food from among the authentic, local places in Greenwich Village and Soho, and learn something about the diverse and colorful history of the Village and NYC.

The tour guide, and the restaurateurs and proprietors of the places we visited, are engaging and friendly; and the food items we sampled were always excellent, interesting and delicious.

Every stop on this tour was a "highlight"; but let me call out a couple: Joe's Dairy, with delicious, creamy smoked mozzarella and intense, savory sun-dried tomatoes. Once Upon a Tart, right across the street, with tasty and expressively French-inspired fruit desserts on a delicate tart crust. Montes Italian restaurant, where we sampled pasta with a bolognese sauce that will reset your expectations forever of what southern-Italian-style red meat sauce can be.

Thanks, I hope to take this tour again. On the next trip to NY we plan to go back to many of these places, and really explore the menu for lunch and dinner.
