More food than walking!

A terrific tour delivered with energy and enthusiasm by our guide Susan. A good range of tastings and certainly plenty of food. This was a wonderful way of exploring the village, its history and culture and of course diversity of eating places and I heartily recommend it to others - with one word of warning - go easy on the breakfast!

One of the Highlights of our trip to New York

Our tour was on a Thursday and we were going home on Saturday which was too bad because I enjoyed the tour so much I would have booked others if we had time. After a few really cold days, Thursday turned out to be a beautiful day to walk around Greenwich Village. Our group was small - only 8 people - so it was very personal. We had a wide variety of food to sample and enjoyed it all. We are telling everyone that this is a must when they visit New York. Thank you!!!

Barri, our tour guide, did an excellent job. The entire tour was wonderful - food stops as well as non-food stops were all we hoped they would be. We will definite talk to our friends about this tour and, hopefully, make it an annual event for our group!

Best Tour of My Trip

Autumn in New York, an outstanding local guide, and amazing sampling of Italian, Cuban, and French food - what could be better? The three hour walking tour was well planned and the rich history of Greenwich Village and a bit of SoHo shared by our guide, Susan, made for a very pleasant afternoon. My next visit to NYC will include another Foods of New York Tour.

Nice blend of food sampling and facts about the neighborhood. Noise and fumes from trucks was only downside.
