Our tour guide, Raheem, gave us a wonderful tour of Central Greenwich Village. He had vast knowledge of the history and culture of many places along the way which made our three hour tour both an interesting and delicious way to spend an afternoon in NYC.

I highly recommend this tour. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the area - both in history and food- and he made it so entertaining! We had delicious tastings along the way and got alot more food than we expected. This is my second Foods of New York tour and both were awesome. A great way to see NYC!

Susan was an outstanding guide for our tour. I enjoyed a good sampling of cuisines, desserts and beverages - enjoying a few of the stops so much that I visited again later in my vacation. Very enjoyable!!

Susan is extremely knowledgable about the area so made for a very informative tour. She also has the perfect personality to handle all the different types of people taking the tour which made for a very fun and enjoyable time also. This is our 2nd tour with them and will try a different again next time we are in NY.

Fantastic tour

I was a part of the Central Greenwich Village Food & Culture Tour, and took my Mum and Dad who were visiting from Australia along. Susan, our guide, was fantastic. Incredibly knowledgable, knew how to keep the group moving along but not rush us, and clearly has passion for what she does. She made sure everyone knew she was available after the tour for directions and guidance, which would be incredibly helpful if no-one in your group was a local. One minor hiccup at one of the stops, where the other group hadn't moved on meaning we had to sit at the bar. I'm always happy to sit there, but some people seemed a bit disgruntled. The food took a while to came out and wasn't that special. It sounds like they may not be on further tours though, and every other place was so nice and interesting it was easily forgivable. I'd recommend doing the tour when you first come to the city, so you have time to go back and explore!

Great way to spend an afternoon with friends

Our tour guide had a rowdy group on her hands and she kept the tour going in a timely manner. She was funny, informative, has a personal connection to the area she toured us through and it was such a fun way to spend an aft with great friends. Tour was apprx 3 hours. You don't sit down at every stop--some items are brought out to the group to eat on the sidewalk to keep the tour going. Highly recommend!!!
