My husband and I did the Greenwich Village food tour last year, and liked it so much that we did the Central Village/SoHo tour this year. Both years our guides were very knowledgable and enthusiastic, and the food was extraordinary. A great way to get a good feel for the city.

Susie made sure everything was in order by arriving early and checking in with all her restaurants She remembered everyone's name. When she saw us a few days later eating at one of her restaurants she stopped to visit We learned enough to begin to see and appreciate the beauty of the village . We even went back to shop. This is a must to put on your list of things to do when you come to New York! This is my second tour, the first was the original tour of the village. There is so much information, and the guides are wonderful!!! I will say that on this tour the food was over the top! The restaurant owners could cut the portions in half, and we would still all be satisfied. The tour may sound long, (3 hours) but it goes bye so quickly, with lots of time to sit and enjoy the tastes of the village restaurants. This tour is a bargin, and a wonderful way to spend the afternoon in New York City. Enjoy!!!

We had a really good time. Not only the delicious foodtasting experiences but we met really nice people from other countries and the US on the walk. This is an activity you do not want to miss! This one we booked straight away after attending the Greenwich Original foodwalk!

We enjoyed this food tour very much and highly recommend if you have 3 hrs to spare. Husband and I took our daughter for her 18th bday for a long weekend of shopping and eating. This tour showed us the hot spots of some of the best eateries and shopping. We loved the history and cultural stories our tour guide shared while walking the streets of Greenwich Village and Soho. Rahim was very entertaining and takes care of his group. The food was amazing!

Our party of three enjoyed listening to our tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the history of the area including buildings, businesses and people who lived there. Although it was pouring rain during our entire tour, our guide knew how to make us as comfortable as possible. The variety of restaurants was good, and I, being vegetarian, was accommodated when necessary. We had the chance to shop as well in several businesses, which was fun. All in all a fun, educational, and yummy experience.

Tasty & Educational

Even though it was a food tasting tour, I found the history of the area and the eateries to be very educational. I grew up in New York and was surprised to learn so much about this relatively small area of Manhattan. Our guide Diana made it very entertaining with her stories of the area. The restaurants were very diverse in cuisine and all were very enjoyable.

This tour was outstanding! We happened to have a very interactive group where everyone mingled nicely and had a lot of laughs. That aside, the tour was phenomenal. I am a life long New Yorker so when friends and family come to town to visit I look for things I will enjoy also. I mean, how many times can you go to the top of the Empire State Building. This tour provided a rich history of the Village and great new dining spots I was unfamiliar with. There are great shops along the way as well. The three hours flew by and a great time was had by all!!!!
