Fascinating blend of history and Gastrominy

We enjoyed a most informative tour with Raheem, who is knowledgable, nurturant, and loves food like we do! The tour is well-organized and fun. It is one of my favorite activities to do as a parent with my grown children. A bonus is that it is equally interesting for tourists and native New Yorkers.

Tour with Rahim was Great!!

We toured Central Greenwich Village on Sunday with Rahim and it was excellent!

This was my 4th tour through Foods of New York Tours and I've never been disappointed.

The food was amazing and I left completely full and satisfied.

We had a small group of just 6 and we were able to have a more intimate experience without having to rush.

Overall, I was extremely pleased and would recommend this tour and this tour guide to anyone!!!

Good distraction from the Weather!

WE enjoyed our 3 hour tour very much. It was a dreary, drippy day and we found that we hardly noticed that because we were so interested in the tour and all that we were learning about the city. When we were sightseeing on our own we found the weather much more challenging. Our tour guide Susan was lovely. I especially enjoyed chatting with other members of the group. It was sad to say goodbye.

If you are looking to get a flavor of the different areas of New York, this is the tour for you. Great way to taste the different cultures. We did the Greenwich Village/SoHo tour and it was delicious. One word of advise, go hungry!!!!

The Time Flew By
Mon, Dec 9, 13   12:00 PM Edwin222 Female 60-69 Domestic Tourist(s) Family Without Children
We enjoyed our tour of Central Greenwich Village with our guide Susan. It was like spending a few hours with an old friend who couldn't have been more generous with her time and enthusiasm for the neighborhood. Of course, the food was lovely, and we ate and ate and ate from a diverse assortment of goodies--Italian, Indian, Cuban, with some tea and a yummy chocolate pear tart thrown in for good measure. The time flew by and before we knew it, it was time to say goodbye. Needless to say, we didn't need dinner that night.
