This was the second time I have done this same food tour. Diana was wonderful. She shared so much information and history. I enjoyed her personal stories. The food was awesome.

Would have liked a bit more info about the area - guide was knowledgeble when asked a question - food was awesome!

Susan was fun, warm, friendly, made a point of remembering all our names .

A little more variety in the food would have been great- less pizza, more ethnic; there was a seafood place on the street could have had an oyster for $1maybe?

Not the best food tour in the city

This is the 3rd tour I have been on and booked through Zerve and my least favorite so far. Most of the food was just "ok", and most tastings contained some combination of cheese and bread/dough. Our guide was knowledgeable , professional and pleasant but not as entertaining as others I've experienced. We were told this was a "foods of NY tour" an not a Zerve tour although that was not clear when I booked it. Perhaps that was the difference? Take a pass.

I brought my niece for her 16th birthday from Long Island. It is hard to find an interesting experience when you are local and have been to the city many times. Rahim was incredible! Not only was the food delectable but the history was just what I was looking for to add to it. I will do another tour but will try to do it with Rahim. Thank you very much. Donna.

Had a wonderful tour! Our tour guide was excellent! Not only did you go to different eating establishments, he gave us info on the neighborhood history! We visited 7 establishments and had tastings at 6 of the seven. The tastings were plentiful and actually large portions not just a sample! I definitely would recommend this tour as part of a trip to NYC! It was a highlight for me and when I go back I will go again!

Good food, good company, interesting tid-bits of NYC history. Wish a bit more time between eating establishments. Food is good, just hard to eat so much in so little time!

Outstanding way to take a cultural bite of the Village! Enjoyed a wonderful variety of foods and our guide Susan was awesome. We would gladly do it again. Don't plan to eat again until the next day though, we ended up canceling our dinner plans!

Susan was our guide. She was extremely knowledgeable of the neighborhood. We tried an eclectic variety of tastings, all well explained by Susan. Make sure you come hungry as you will be full at the end of the tour. 2 of my favorites were the empanadas ( I believe ) spinach w/cheese ( favorite ) and chicken. Also delicious fried plantains. You can purchase an alcoholic beverage at the places that offer them. There's a man rolling cigars at the front of the restaurant (named Cuba) that is given out no charge. Also really enjoyed the pappardelle bolognese, fabulous! The pasta was @ Monte's. The other tastings were delicious also ( Indian breakfast wrap, for instance). I would like to reiterate was a very cool and informed our guide Susan was.
