Susan is extremely knowledgable about the area so made for a very informative tour. She also has the perfect personality to handle all the different types of people taking the tour which made for a very fun and enjoyable time also. This is our 2nd tour with them and will try a different again next time we are in NY.

Great food and tidbits about the area

The food was great, and the history and tidbits of info interesting but perhaps the tour was a bit too long - 3.5 hours from arriving to leaving.

I found the tour a highlight of my trip, returned to one of the establishments before we left. The tour guide was informative and friendly. I only wish we could have sat more, was a hot day and I got a bit wilted out on the sidewalk. That is my only complaint, otherwise, I really enjoyed it.

All five in our group have rave reviews about the tour. Our guide Rahim was amazing with his knowledge, his personable and humorous banter and his relationship with all the people in the restaurants and shops that we visited. We truly felt that we had an "insider's" view of Greenwhich and Soho. The food was great and the history lessons were amazing. We will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something fantastic to do in New York and we will be sure to try another tour the next time we return.

Good selection of food choices and a great coffee bean store! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and shared many interesting facts about the area. This is more than just walking around and tasting food. Definitely recommend this tour. Food samples were just the right amount to satisfy lunch.

I went on the Chelsea Market tour a couple of years, but liked this one better. The tour guide provided a lot of great information about the food, history and culture of Greenwich Village. It was a great mix of food and it was all delicious!

A great way to spend an afternoon

We had a great time. Susan, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and also knew how to handle the crowd. We were 8 people out of the 16 on the tour celebrating my wife's birthday. We all enjoyed Susan's knowledge of the history as well as the food in the area. The food was delicious. My only criticism was in the sit down restaurants, they automatically added a 20% tip on the drinks and then left a line for an additional tip. This scam should not be part of the fabulous tour we had.

Our tour guide was wonderful and I can't remember his name but this is the second tour I've taken with him. He is knowledgeable and gave us a terrific time.

The best way to explore NYC neighborhoods!

We three old friends from elementary school days came for our second annual long weekend in NYC. Last year we took the Chelsea Market tour and loved it. Can't remember our tour guide's name but she was amazing - her humor and in depth knowledge of the history of the area kept us entertained the whole time. This year we chose the Central Greenwich Village tour and our tour guide was Raheem. He was so much fun and a really nice guy. He also had a very comprehensive knowledge about the area - some really obscure but very interesting facts that you'd never get out of a guide book. Thanks, Raheem! The food was delicious. We were completely full by the second last stop (didn't stop us from sampling it though) and the variety and quality of the tastings were just right. Honestly, it's by far the best way to tour a neighborhood. We'll be back for sure!
