Dianna was our enthusiastic tour guide full of insightful information, a couple of 'star' spottings and a pleasure! We had just enough to eat, a great historical overview which kept our interest and the time flew. We're planning on a Chinatown tour in the fall.

Thoroughly enjoyed this food tour. The guide was quite knowledgeable, pleasant and good at the role.

We were a group of 7 women 40's to 70's...all of us had a blast.

We are going to look into another tour.

This is a great way to learn about the city while enjoying lovely foods.

The tour guide was good and very informative. We learned a lot about the history of the area (soho/greenwich). The food was excellent and I sampled types I had not had before. Only one comment - we were told we didn't have time to shop and we figured that meant in stores we passed on our tour. However, we visited a coffee shop, did not receive a sample (why not?) and in that store while people were looking around, I bought some coffee beans - then was reminded we weren't supposed to shop. Not good public relations. If I were sampling in a restaurant and then decided to buy something to take home while everyone else was still eating, it makes no sense to have to go back to the restaurant (or store) in order to purchase something when I am right there (granted - if it was going to take 20 minutes to prepare I could understand that). Suggestion - don't take people to the coffee vendor if we're not going to receive a sample or be allowed to buy anything.

Awesome food tour

We participated in the food tour last Thursday and despite the rainy weather we had a great time. Our guide Susan was very knowledgable and informative. The food was also great and it was interesting to try foods we hadn't had before. This was our 3rd tour, and I recommend them to everyone I know who is visiting the city. It's a fun way to interact and learn more about the specific areas covered as well as sampling awesome food along the way. Because my daughter and her husband enjoyed the NYC tours so much, they went on one in Rome Italy last week and loved it as well.

Thanks again and keep coming up with new tours. Julie

What a wonderful tour. The food was fabulous (and plenty of it!) and the tour guide was fun, interactive and informative. We enjoyed hearing about the area as well as sampling the food. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone. We will be taking more tours from this company: fun, fun, fun!

We loved our Village/SoHo tour. The samplings of local ethnic foods was awesome and so was our tour guide Raheem. I would definitely do another one!

This tour visited about 30 places of interest. Our tour guide did a very good job and was able to answer all questions. The food tasting was at the peak of perfection . Some of the establishments we visited could not be seen on your own. A lot of history is here for any age group.

Glad to have two"foodie" teenagers along!

Two 15-year olds (our son and his friend) accompanied me and my husband....This turned out to be brilliant as there were many delicious discoveries and sometimes we felt the need to both savor and save room (the boys could finish anything we couldn't.) I think my favorite part of the tour was learning about a hidden-away, authentic "Little Italy" (better than the part of the city that's officially known that way. ) We also got to walk through Washington Square Park on a beautiful day--saw a sunbathing older woman with two cockatoos tethered to her, along with bikini-wearing students and acrobats etc. We are local but felt like tourists and loved it. I happened to be in the city the next day, too, so went back to one of the sit-down restaurants our guide brought us to. it was super-crowded and after a bit we realized that, as we had to get to a show, we weren't going to have time to order and eat. Sadly, I was back to being a regular diner, no longer a food-tour VIP! I'll have to go back when I have more time. Also, I loved that our guide surprised us with a candle for our son's birthday (which she put in a tart at our final stop.) This was typical of the thoughtful touches throughout--making for a really enjoyable adventure.
