This had to be by far one of the most entertaining tours I've been on! Our tour guide Sephra was HILARIOUS from start to finish and started the tour with a great vibe. She's knowledgeable and brought us to great places to sample the BEST food! This tour was one of the highlights of our New York trip and I would definitely bring other family and friends on this tour when I come back!

Our tour guide Robin was really knowledgeable about the food and history of the area. I was surprised even Americans would go for this food tour (I'm a foreign tourist).

The foods are mostly quite authentic, I wouldn't be able to get them in my country (Malaysia). If you would like to find out what digestible souvenirs you can bring home instead of fridge magnets or "I Love NY" T-shirts from NYC, Greenwich Village Food Tours is the way to go!

This was an amazing tour. Greenwich village is full of history, beautiful buildings and food. Robin was really knowledgeable, professional and witty. She has great relationships with all the restaurant owners which added to the experience by making it really personal. I couldn't recommend a better food tour. Thanks Robin!

We truly enjoyed the tour. The choices were excellent and the tour guide, Bert, was extremely down to earth and pleasant to be around. The only thing I wished for was a little milk with my chocolate chip cookie. Outside of that we had a FANTASTIC time!!! Definitely will be purchasing tickets for one of the other tours at another time.

Thank you so much!!!

Enjoyable tour, but...

I enjoyed the tour as a way to learn more about Greenwich Village. However, parts of the tour seemed a bit discombobulated.

Our tour guide was nice, but she seemed overly concerned about the timing of the tour, how many extra minutes we had, etc. It seemed I heard more about how many minutes ahead or behind we were than actual information about the area.

RJ is a great guide

Went through Greenwich Village area with RJ as tour guide. He did awesome job showing us the sites and sharing unique history of this area. Food stops were great, he was able to provide lots of information about what we were eating and how it was a unique offering making it one of the samples. We stopped at a pizza shop (delicious), an olive oil specialty shop (excellent information here), an Italian restaurant, a bakery, a meat shop (Faicco's), Food offerings included NY Style (Neapolitan) Thin Crust Pizza, Olive Oil & spreads on Tuscan Bread, Arancini (Rice Ball with creamy middle), homemade meatball with sauce, classic eggplant rollatini (could not tell no pasta), optional added drink at this site, Chocolate chip cookie, cheese tasting with options from cows, sheep, and goat, and finished with cannoli. Great food, good sized manageable group.
