Taste mouthwatering eats from undiscovered spots in the cozy corners of Nolita, where old-world charm meets a youthful, downtown vibe.

Our tour guide Annie was SO fun and made the time fly by - I walk around that area often, but enjoyed getting some insider tips about new places to try, loved the menu items we sampled, really enjoyed the camraderie with our fellow "tourists" and a fun way to spend the day!

This was our third food tour and it didn't disappoint. They have all been excellent. Great mixture of food tastings and history. All the food venues were great and we even went back to one for lunch another day. Our guide Anny was fantastic and even sang us a song!!

We ate at the most fabulous industrial chic restaurants that we never would have discovered on our own. The food was delicious and the neighborhood information was a delight! Anny had a nostalgic good-bye for all of us! She is a treasure. I have already recommended this tour to other firends who will be in Manhattan this winter. It is a must to do this!

Great tour!

My husband and I took the Original Greenwich tour in the spring and loved it, so decided we'd take another. That one was great, and this one was even greater! The restaurants that we visited had delicious food and large portions! We went back for meals at two of them during our NYC visit. Anny, our tour guide, was fun, enthusiastic and informative. But all food tours are not the same. Tried a different company in San Diego and was very unhappy. We'll do another tour with Foods of New York on our next visit!

My husband and myself were given a gift certificate for the NOHO/NOLITA tour. Our tour guide Anny was very informative and made sure everyone was taken care of at each stop . She was full of detail and cheerfullnes every step of the way. Food tastings were unique . You never would have ever tasted the food if some said to you, "Oh try this!" The setting and history at each food tasting was done with finesse and charm. Can't wait to try another tour! We both enjoyed it so.....

Fun, Facts and Food Headline the Nolita Tour

An enthusiastic and very well-informed tour guide (Anny) provided us with an enjoyable day of exercise and local flavor. We sampled a delectable variety of food and wine ( chocolate cupcakes, artisan pizza , chicken appetizers) at eateries and shops in and around Nolita, Chinatown and Little Italy that we would definitely re-visit. Also found the local landmarks and human interest stories very interesting. Anny began the tour by telling us a bit about herself, and asking each person where he/she came from. As a group, we all got along and had a very positive, unique experience. This is the third Foods of New York Tour for us and certainly not the last!!

My daughter and I planned a trip to NYC to celebrate my 75th birthday, and when she asked what all that I would like to do while there, I quickly said, "FOOD TOUR." She and I had taken the SOHO/Village tour with your company a couple of years ago and just loved it. We even considered doing that tour again since we were worried that we might be disappointed if we chose another one. But we finally opted for the NOLITA tour, and what a great experience it was.

First of all, Bert was an absolute delight...bright, knowledgeable, articulate, fun, funny...I could go on and on with such positive words to describe him. But perhaps (aside from his passion for the area's food) the best attribute was his ability to make each person on the tour feel like he or she was with a friend who was showing them around the neighborhood. My daughter and I certainly felt that way. Bert spent quality time with each person and made them feel special. And oh yes, he helped make my "Diamond Jubilee" one that I shall never forget.
