Taste mouthwatering eats from undiscovered spots in the cozy corners of Nolita, where old-world charm meets a youthful, downtown vibe.

Burt made this tour one of my most memorable days in NYC. He was funny, well educated about the area, and personable. Each stop was well planned, delicious and entertaining! I will definitely be returning to some of the restaurants he took us to; they were awesome!

We had a great time!

This was my first food tour and it was so much fun! Our tour guide really made it a great day. He was so intellegent and funny. He's originally from Alabama and relocated to NYC. We are from upstate NY and he knew so much more than us about our own state. If we asked him a question that he didn't know the answer to, he looked it up at the next stop. It was chilly out but well worth the walking. We anticipated on being outside the entire time, that's not the case as you sit down in a couple of the resturants. A friend that also came said that she has been on numerous tours all over the world and he was one of the best tour guides she's ever had.

All of the resturants he brought us to were phenomenal, all fresh and different from each other which was nice. We quick stopped a barber shop which was recently rated the #1 shop in GQ Magazine, that was cool too since it wasn't food related. We suggested that maybe down the road they quick stop at another nonrelated shop just to peek ( and quick warm up!)

Overall, we really had a great experience and it's highly recommended.

I have been on many food tours in NY and this was hands down the best!!! Our tour guide Annie was filled with personality, knowledge of the area and it's history. She even ended the tour with a beautiful song!!! This is a tour I would do again with Annie. Variety of foods and servings could not have been better. If you are in NY, don't miss this one!!!

Our tour guide was fantastic. Not only was the food delicious but our tour guide filled us in on the culture of Little Italy and the people from the past and present. This was the best money spent and our whole group had a wonderful time. We will absolutely return to eat at more hidden gems in Noho and Nolita!!

This is our third Food Tour with this company. Everytime we visit NYC, we try to do one of these. We have never been disappointed. All of them have been outstanding, and this is the best one so far. The food was great. The non-food parts of the tour were great. And our guide was excellent. I recommend these to anyone who wants to try some new foods, learn about the history of the area, and just have fun.

Nola and Nolita are diverse gems in NYC. Bart, our tour guide was PERFECT and pointed out many of the pertinent landmarks and neighborhood jewel that make Nola and Nolita so special. The food was spectacular. It was like having a 7 course meal, a history lesson and comedy show all in one. Despite the snow and rain, this tour was worth every cent.

This was the best part of our 5-day trip to NYC. Our tour guide, Annie, was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and we got a really in-depth look at the culture and history, in addition to wonderful food. A great way to get to know the hidden gems - we came back the next day to two of the restaurants! Definitely wouldn't have found them otherwise. All of us are planning to do another Foods of NY tour next time we are in town.

The Nolita/NoHo Food & Culture Tour was a gift from my niece and nephew who also accompanied me. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It was a great combination of food and neighborhood history. Our tour guide was very personable as well as knowledgeable and a pretty good singer. She was organized, keeping us on track. We loved all of the food samples as well. It was a very positive experience. I’ve already recommended it to a number of others. Thanks

The Nolita tour was fantastic and our tour guide, Annie, was a true gem!! She was warm, funny and made our tour very memorable. We tried some fantastic food including an excellent Italian restaurant called Emporio that we returned to the following day!

We have been on almost all of the Foods of New York tours. The tours are exceptional in many ways. We have re-visited many of the restaurants that we have tried on our tours because the food is soooo good. The guides are amazing and, on top of learning about the food in NYC, it is a great way to learn about the history and insider details of various parts of the city.

We have gone on tours both as a couple and as a family and are thrilled that our two teenagers consider the food tours at the top of their list of things to do in NYC!! I highly recommend the tours to anybody visiting the city!!!

Annie is a special person. She is so natural, charming and really makes you feel you are with an old friend. She inmediatly remebers all the names in the group, and is able to interact with everyone. She masters the area, and gives tons of information about the neighborhood, the people who have lived there, history etc.

Nolita neihgborhood is beautiful and fool of cozy places with real good food. All our group, from different countries ( Uruguay, Cuba, Colombia) enjoyed the tour, the food and were delighted by Annie's personality and knowledge. I definitly recommend this tour and congratulate Food of NY Tours for having Annie as the best person to represent them.Thank you Annie!!!!! Wish you the best life can offer.
