Great to purchase tickets for 3 activities at time

Really enjoyed the Harbor Tour; a great way to see so much and can then decide which to visit for a more detailed look. Carriage ride through streets of Charleston provided a good overview of city, architecture, history, etc.; tour guide was quite personable and did an excellent job. The Plantation tour provided a great history of slaves by visiting homes in which they actually lived; was somewhat disappointed in the "newness" of the plantation house itself; had hoped to go through a much older plantation home, but still history was well told.

Cruise & Blues, but no tums to be found
Thu, Sep 18, 14   7:00 PM rturman Male 60-69 Domestic Tourist(s) Family Without Children
The music was great and the cruise was even better. What a nice night. The Captain even throttled down to just let us coast and take in the ambiance.

The BBQ was not up to standard.

Still, for $90 for the two of us we still found it to be well worth the money!

We would do it again, but probably dine elsewhere beforehand.

Boat tour and carriage tour

High recommend both the boat tour and carriage tour if you are new to Charleston... Both tours give a different, but very knowledgeable and interesting perspective of the history of Charleston... Well organized and very knowledgeable guides.

Enjoyable tour of harbor
Thu, Sep 18, 14   11:30 AM MaryKiely Female 50-59 Domestic Tourist(s) Family Without Children
Harbor tour was good. It focused less on Charleston and the houses on the Battery than I would have preferred. Captain shared a lot of interesting historical facts about Fort Sumter and surrounding islands. Also his comments about the bridge and siting of dolphin were interesting. Boat was crowded and sun was hot. This tour was good for our group which included some older folks unable to walk long distances.

Took the tour the first day in Charleston. Great way to start as they give you a good history lesson about the area. The entire crew was very pleasant and we had a great time.

No more boat tours

When will I learn ? City boat tours are boring . Some crummy bbq and a sub par blues band doesn't change things

I felt we were stiffed onthe deal and please stop it with the expensive scam photos. Drinks were a fair price.

I took four tours last week only one was useful and or fun. I don't feel like complaining any more , but you asked.

Boat vs carriage
Sun, Sep 7, 14   3:30 PM KarenBetts Female 50-59 Domestic Tourist(s) Family Without Children
The boat your was great, the carriage ride guide was a little obsessed with the local foliage and not enough on structure. No options to take photos! No trip to the

Battery on your, rainbow road either.

My wife, mother-in-law had a great time.

Ships captain was great, knowledgable and informative.

Eric with MIley were superb. Great description of Charleston, the history, etc...and he was quite funny as well. He made the ride very enjoyable.
