Marie was not only an outstanding guide, she was also a historian. Not only did we get great food, we also got historical information on the Third Ward.

A delightful way to introduce guests to MIlwaukee's history and flavors. Relaxed presentation with interaction and personal touches of a storyteller.

I went with my girlfriend to see a different part of Milwaukee, learn a little bit, and of course eat. The tour guide was great and very friendly and talkative. We went to a few different places with great food and fun events to be had such as the ping pong bar with a filet mignon slider yumm :) I recommend this highly!

Rebecca was knowledgable, open to questions, enthusiastic, and so very nice. She made the walk in the cold, cold weather bearable. She was sure to engage everyone on the tour to meet their specific needs. She is an excellent tour guide. The food was also much more than I expected and it was all very good.

Fun with friends, but ...

History part was interesting. Choice of restaurants were ok. Fun because it was with big group of friends, however if it was just my husband and I and we spent $100, we would have thought it wasn't worth it.

Loved it

The walking part was great and details provided about locations, buildings or history of area were great, the food was good, and price was good. I would offer several others in same location using different food places and walking tours showcasing even more locations in the same area. I know there are other tours in other locations and i will attend some of those but i would also do the same tour i was just on only with different locations / food. Missed opportunity to see more and learn more about a specific area.

Biking food tours might also be a great option.

Amazing food and wonderful historical event

Starting with the Public Market and covering the Third Ward, with 5 stops to sample food/drink and info-packed history lesson, was no easy feat in 2.5 hours, but our guide was fun, interesting, and a wealth of knowledge-this tour will have you returning to the Third Ward for repeat visits to your stops and exploring new shops- wonderful!

Learn about your hometown

Our tour guide mixed a great deal of history of the area along with some cool dining spot. There wasn't very much talk about the food we were eating, which I thought we might hear more about, but that was ok. We did stop in two places I'd never heard of and made me want to come back and dine there later. The small size of the tour (16) allowed us to mingle and meet other people. Our guide was energetic and adapted the tour to make it more comfortable despite some mixed weather. I'm looking forward to another tour in our area.
