Great Tour!

Attended: Old Pasadena Food Tasting Tour

This was my second time on this tour. The first time I was with my husband and another couple. We had such a fun day. This time I brought along some friends. We are members of a non-profit organization and were looking for some inspiration for our Spring Luncheon Fundraiser that is themed "A Melting Pot of Flavors From Around the World". This tour was perfect for us. With the many different ethnic cafes and restaurants we stopped at we left very full from the large sized samples and very inspired by the many flavors, music and ambiance that were enjoyed throughout the day. Laura the tour guide was great too, she gave us lots of interesting history of Old Pasadena.

Fun, but too expensive

The guide was funny and knowledgeable and took the time to each of the members of the group. She was great. The food, in all, was good. But the price tag of $75 per person for a quarter of a sandwich, a falafel, some tea, a bit of Indian food, an empanada, a mochi and a cup of ice cream is, to me, way too steep.

I'd recommend this if it was cheaper.

Interesting area that I did not know about. Loved learning culture and history.

Food was different and good for the most part.

Enjoyed the short Metro ride

Nice small group of people.

Tour guide was good and personable but needs better eye contact as he kept looking away. Very nice.

Wonderful experience for foodies and people who enjoy local history of this LA icon. Our guide was fabulous. She made everyone feel welcomed and friendly in our small group. The tasting gave u a great sampling of the different ethnic foods of the market. Highly recommend this tour!
