Informative & In-depth Historical Tour

Attended: The Farmers Market Food & History Tour
The Melting Pot Tours offered a very informative but expansive walking tour of The Original LA Farmers Market taking our small group to every corner. The tour was a good way to get a short lay of the land but unlike other food tours I've been on this one kind of lacked on the tastes. There were good tastes of some of the places but not as many as expected. If you want aa tour that is more learning that eating this is a good one.

Barbara, our guide was enthusiastic as well as very knowledgeable about Pasadena, its history as well as the current hot spots. She grew up in Pasadena, so she gave us a very comprehensive tour of this charming town.

Great tour, great tour guide!

Excellent tour. Very knowledgeable guide. Nice to know so much history of the Market. Was neat to meet some of the owners of the shops. We were stuffed after tasting so many things. Very nicely done.
