Great Movie Tour!

This was both a great movie tour as well as being a good tour of areas not often seen around Boston. Our tour guide was excellent - her enthusiasm and knowledge really made the tour top drawer. (Mariagrazia LaFauci)

Look forward to another tour especially when newly filmed movies are added.

Good rainy day tour

Our guide, Elizabeth, was fantastic! Informative, enthusiastic and funny. She made this average tour to be above average and very fun. Our bus driver Joe added another dimension of fun to the trip. Together these two really the give the tour a good name. Did this tour on a rainy day and it was a perfect use of time. Majority of tour is from the bus with 1-2 opportunities to get off. The bar stop where Robin Williams spent much time was awesome. I am not a drinker but the vibe and the pictures are terrific. Video clips are really good but it would be nice if they were a bit longer. Viewing each TV/movie location was very cool but it would be better if there were more complete stops instead of roll bys so that photos could be taken if desired. Overall, a very good tour and money well spent.

We really enjoyed the experience. Our guide, Javier, knew a lot about the locations and was very funny and easygoing. This is definitely a great way to see a lot of Boston.

Such a disappointment.

We had passed most of the sites before the guide even pointed them out. When they did point out a scene, they just shrugged their shoulders and said too bad you can't see it because there is a truck parked in front of it. I could have rented the movie for a buck. I thought we were going to see actual places where scenes were shot. We only saw a couple of those. The guide spent a lot of time talking about himself. Paid extra to sit upfront. There were only four on the tour so the other couple sat up front for free. This was something we were so looking forward to on our trip. It was an amateurish attempt of a movie tour. I think the guide may have been new but his mentor didn't see to be of much help and just let him struggle thru. I felt us paying customers were just guinea pigs. This had so much potential to be great but it fell dismally short of the mark. Oh, the ONLY good part of the experience was Phil, the fellow in the shop who gave us so much inside information about the stars and the movie scenes we were suppose to see. That guy should be giving the tours.
