Just the most fun!

The tour met and exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased with the guide, Amadeo. The technique of showing clips from the show on a screen in the bus, in connection with seeing the actual sites, was clever and fun. The highlight for me was the visit to Holsten's, and the opportunity to sit in the Soprano family booth. I only wish I had taken a photo of the tray of gift bags of souvenir onion rings, which was such a nice touch. What I liked about the tour was that it was a nice mix of the famous (the Sopranos!) and the down to earth (walking the streets of Kearney, NJ.

Excellent tour/guide(Marc) but a big fat hassle

The tour was excellent, Marc was an excellent tour guide who, managed to keep all interest levels of Sopranos knowledge (from rookie to those who watched the show to the hard line fanatics) all amused and entertained throughout the 4 plus hours. My big problem was right at the start where you could line up on the pavement and buy stuff from a car boot from an ex actor from the show. This is a bit tacky and does not add quality value to the tour as the actor in question may not be the most customer friendly, which sets a tone even before you get on the bus, which in turn makes it a poor start for the guide. As he actually features on the bus video clip, either get him as part of the intro on the bus ( after further acting lessons on customer relations) or dump this whole back of the bus mess. If I were in charge of this tour, this is the big change I would definately make.

The tour was awesome. Our guide, Marc Baron did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgable. I was really looking forward to the tour and it did not disappoint. If you're a fan of the show this is a must if you're in NYC. We also got to meet Vito.

Overall, the tour was great! Our tour guide Marc was extremely knowledgable on the Sopranos having been featured on 13 episodes, and was able to share some really interesting insight. Touring around NJ and seeing the sites/hearing the stories was wonderful. Even more wonderful, having a drink at the Bada Bing! My husband and I are huge Soprano fans and really enjoyed our time with the group!

A fascinating experience for Sopranos fans

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience on the Sopranos tour. The guide was comprehensive, entertaining, and incredibly knowledgable. Given that most of the day is spent driving around some of the more unseemly parts of New Jersey, the tour's highlights are not necessarily the sightseeing aspect but rather the several opportunities to see where memorable scenes were filmed, learn about the art of filmmaking itself, hear interesting background stories and anecdotes about the actors and producers, and being inundated by more Sopranos trivia than you'll ever want or need. The Sopranos tour is undoubtedly a unique and rewarding excursion!

My husband is the Sopranos fan (I have seen a few episodes here and there) but I would still recommend going along. My husband love, loved it and I also rate it really high. Our tour guide Marc was unreal, he had a world of knowledge and made the day so interesting. Having been in a few episodes that made it all the more fun.

The tour actually went to the places mentioned and we even got to sit in the booth of the final episode.

Definitely recommend this tour!

For the Die-Hard Sopranos Fan

Bought as a birthday gift for the husband, a huge Sopranos fan. Was a bit tiresome for me as I did not really recognized some of the locations, but the husband was thrilled. Visited many of the recognizable sites, learned some very interesting fun facts from our tour guide, Mark (acted in a few episodes) who was incredibly knowledgeable and infused the trip with his witty banter. Got to take a pictures with "Vito" although I am not sure he is always available for photos.
