I finally got to check something off my bucket list! Marc, our tour guide, was friendly and funny. He answered our questions and told us stories from the set. Of course someone had to ask about the (in)famous ending. I asked a question about the diverse celebrities who played poker at Tony's illegal card game. I even won a prize for answering a trivia question about ziti! What did I win? A box of ziti, what else! Marc was kind enough to autograph it for me and pose for a picture after the tour ended. I'm glad I didn't know the answer to the quote about the medical exam. The tour group was rather small since it was in December. But there were many tourists from Europe and Austrailia. You get an idea of how popular the show was. I think I was the only American on the tour.

As for the tour itself, the bus takes you to NJ and you get to see various sites where scenes were filmed. For example, we saw the location used for Barone Sanitation, the site where Satriales was once located (now a parking lot), the diner where Christopher was shot, and Father Phil's parish. Of course, the tour's main highlights were visits to Holsten's (their candy and onion rings are delicious!) and the Bada Bing! The tour also includes a meeting with actor Joseph Gannascoli; he played Vito Spatafore. Tourists can meet him shortly before the tour starts.

Other reviewers have written more thorough reviews. All I can say is to take the tour when you have the chance. Marc told me that some tourists have taken the tour several times. Visits to NYC would not be complete without taking the tour. I can't blame them. My next NYC visit will definitely include a tour. Marc may not be the tour guide so I'll get to experience the tour with a different guide. And I'll remember to ask those questions I didn't ask the last time.

The tour lasts for about 4-4 1/2 hours. It was time and money well spent!

Marc was very knowledgable and the trivia was fun! It was so cool to see so many landmarks/sites from the show! It made us start watching it from the beginning again.

Although organized tours are not our usual preference when traveling, I really wanted to surprise my husband with something special on our trip to NYC. This tour absolutely exceeded our expectations--the Sopranos' fan loved it and it made a new fan of the other! Of course, our tour guide Marc, really made the tour amazing with his view from inside the cast of The Sopranos and his deeply and thoroughly researched knowledge of the show and his captivating way of presenting this information. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

The tour guide Marc was fantastic. From the start of the tour where Vito turned up to meet us right through the tour we enjoyed every part of it. Marc would take you to sites, explain them and then play the clip back later which was a massive help. You take in sites including the booth from the last scene and a visit to the Bada Bing. If you're in New York and you're a Sopranos fan you really need to book this tour!!!
