Wasn't really all it's cracked up to be

Attended: The Prohibition Cocktail Tour
It wasn't bad, per se. The hostess told us relatively interesting stories, and this isn't reflective of her performance in any way. The issue was that we only really visited three bars, and the last two were a 20 minute walk away from the first one. We had three drinks, and heard three sets of stories, and it took a couple hours, but it didn't really feel like a tour. I'd like to have had more like 6 drinks, in 6 bars, for it to feel properly tour-like, and had them be relatively close to one another.

We always appreciate feedback from our guests. We do spend a great deal of time describing exactly what's included in our tours so that everyone knows what to expect. We're big believers of "under promise, over deliver". We are very clear that there are 3 venues with 3 drinks and 3 snacks. It fills every minute of 2 hours. We talk all about Prohibition with stories at each bar and about the drinks themselves.

If we doubled the number of bars and doubled the number of drinks, we'd have to double the length of the tour and double the price...none of which is likely to happen.

This is one of our most popular tours and continues to sell out almost every weekend.

Thank you very much!

Kelly was great!

The food tour was great and our guide, Kelly, was fantastic. She was very informative and excited to be giving us history of the food we were eating and places we visited. My only critique is we ate a lot in towards the end of the tour. I would have preferred having the cheesesteak sooner with more time in between to really enjoy the best donut ever!! thanks!

Fun & Entertaining

My friend & I enjoyed our guide. I believe his name was Ryan (if I am wrong I do apologize) he is a middle school science teacher. He was funny & kept us entertained. He was the best part of the tour.

The only thing that we that did expect where full size pretzels not just a small piece. We also expected a larger size tomato pie.

The tomato pie, pretzel & the cookie was great. The Philly cheese however was just ok. The good part about it was the bread was not soggy.

I almost forgot about the truffle because it was so small, the size of a golf ball. The double chocolate was to much for my taste. I am more of a peanut butter person.

Fun tour with stiff drinks
Sat, Nov 7  5:00 PM Male 20-29 Local Group of Friends

The pours do not disappoint. If you are a fan of cocktails you will appreciate the drinks. They do not skimp on the alcohol either. Appetizers were a flatbread pizza, an artichoke dip and spiced popcorn. The flatbread and artichoke dip were delicious and they gave out one appetizer per couple. I was happy with the size of the food given.

You walk probably a total of 12 city blocks overall so be prepared depending on the weather. Was not an issue in m opinion.

Our tour guide was Adam and he was very cool. Easy going, good to talk with. Engaged all people on the tour. Cracked some jokes. A good guy that made everyone feel welcome.
