Fascinating! Will redefine how we eat pizza!

One of the best tours we did in NYC. Nice, small group. Tour guide had amazing background information and stories. We took this tour specifically to entertain our 16 year old and in the end all 5 adults loved it as much as the teenager. It wasn't just about eating pizza (although the pizza was fabulous). The history, stories, comparisons on ingredients, and take away tips for making our own recreations at home made this tour so interesting. Loved touring neighborhoods we would not have seen otherwise. Kudos to tour guide (Alexis?) he was fun and entertaining as well. His background and passion for pizza really added to the tour.

We had a blast on our pizza tour with Scott! He truly has a passion for pizza and that was displayed in his awesome tour. We went to Lombardi's, Joe's and Prince Street. All were exceptional in their own way! I definitely recommend doing this your while you are in New York. We are from Los Angeles and we loved it!!!

This Pizza Tour was Loads of fun and informative. Sedrick was a very good guide. He knew his stuff and answered all of the questions anyone had. WE walked away with a full belly and expanded minds. Can not ask for much more. I highly recommend this tour for something different to do. You will be pleasantly surprised.

I live in NYC and took my mom on the tour while she was visiting. It was a great time- I didn't know there was so much to learn about pizza. The pizza is great and the guide, Joe, was knowledgeable and a lot of fun. I highly suggest going for something different to do in the city.

At first I was hesitant to spend the money for the Sunday pizza bus tour, but I saw the high rating and good reviews and figured why not. Well, I realized my fears were unfounded within five minutes of meeting Scott. He knows pizza through and through, and this tour gives you a chance to visit some pizzerias off the typical tourist path. He is knowledgeable, he is enthusiastic, and he wants to share that with his "pizza buddies." Without a doubt, I will be recommending this to anyone visiting NYC (and those locals I know who live there), and I look forward to returning to NYC to do the tour again hopefully. Aside from the excellent Broadway show we saw, this was the next-best highlight of our girls' weekend trip. Would be fun with family or a group of friends as well. Do this, you won't regret it!

A great pizza history lesson and great pizza !

Our tour guide, Cedric, was choc full of historical pizza information especially at our first stop, Lombardi's, in Little Italy. Getting a chance to see Lombardi's original coal burning oven up close and eating the first pizza of the day that came out of it was really special. We also had one of our best ever Sicilian slices at Prince St pizza, but the last stop where we had a typical NY slice was just OK. Maybe that's because the first two were so good. We're looking forward to the Greenwich Village pizza walk next !

We had a real good time doing this Tour. It started on a bad note since the guide was late. After few calls with Scott to know what was going on, he apologized for her guide that was late and jumped in the subway to come and guide us himself. And I don't know exactly why but he invited as well another guide to join the group. We had two guides for the price of one and had a really good time. They were funny but especially very knowledgeable and interesting. They know everything about pizzas and about the neighborhood. We enjoyed very good pizza and a very good walk around. We all loved it! And as some of you know, entertaining teenager and young kids it’s not always easy… :-)

Super fun, enthusiastic and delicious pizza tour!

This is a tour for people who aren't into tours, but who love to eat great pizza at local spots. This isn't your typical cheesy (well, it is literally cheesy, but, yeah, you get it) tour guide experience. Scott is insanely energetic, funny and accommodating and is obviously passionate about pizza, New York and people. We had as much fun chatting with him as we did strolling around the city in search of the next great slice.

Even Better Than Expected
Sun, Mar 1  11:00 AM emrippon Female 20-29 Combination Group of Friends
This trip came highly reviewed by a family member who is very picky, so I had high hopes. It turned out even better than I expected. My friend and I were visiting three of our friends that live in NYC and decided to go on the pizza tour together. When we first arrived, we realized that Scott was a "morning person", so we quickly grabbed coffee to perk ourselves up a bit. Scott is incredibly passionate about pizza, the history, the nuances of making it, everything. Ask him as many questions as possible, and he will completely impress you with his vast knowledge, but never in a condescending way. The pizza tour is so much more than just going out and having a few slices of pizza, it's a while learning experience, where you discover a whole history you never knew existed. Scott is incredible.
