We had fun day. The crew took very good care of us. And we are beginners. Will definitely sail with this crew again!

Booked online. Walked (didn't park) to the check-in booth at the dock and they told us to walk right onboard and grab a pole and a spot.

We hung out on the top deck under the bimini shade behind the captains booth on the way out and back. I watched a gull draft behind the boat for about 10 minutes and that was a peaceful experience. None of the other guests figure out that hanging out on the top deck was better than riding below until about 45 minutes into the trip out, so we had the place to ourselves.

The top deck is clean and has a dozen or so comfortable canvas/wood deck chairs that you can move around. I noted the competing party boat had plastic lounge chairs and no shade on the top deck.

When we started fishing it didn't take long to pull up fish. Mike was covering a boat of about 30-35 people by himself, but he always seemed to be standing next to you when you pulled up a fish that needed extra attention (ask before you touch a fish you don't know).

We left and returned to the dock on time. We had great flat water. We stopped to fish 3 times, but the last time was only about 10 minutes. We fished about 2 hours. which is expected on a 1/2 day trip. We mainly pulled up smaller grouper of various sorts. A few people got red snapper and other more rare fish. The grouper don't really fight, but it's still fun to hook anything. The captain explained the timing and rules very clearly to everyone over the speaker system and he hung out a bit when we were fishing. They sell food and snacks for reasonable prices, but we brought our own snacks onboard. You can bring your own drinks, beer, snacks, food, etc, just don't bring glass.

The bathrooms are a bit hot and dank. It was sufficient for taking a leak, but I'd suggest doing #2 before or after the boat ride.

All around a pleasant experience on a beautiful day.

Sun was shining, the sea was calm and the fish hungry :-)

This made a perfect outing!

We took the halfday deep sea fishing tour and we were fortunate to get a lot of fish.

Nice to be able to sit and enjoy the sun in the nice deck-chairs when going out to fishing area

What a great trip!

I chose to arrange a half-day charter for my department's team building day, and we are all so pleased with how it turned out. The captain put us right on the fish and all 9 of us consistently caught one after another for the two hours we were anchored. I was initially having a difficult time pulling hooks out of the fishes mouths, so one particularly kind deck hand took a few minutes to show me how to angle them correctly to get them out. We went on a weekday morning so the boat wasn't terribly full, but I would still recommend getting there early if you want to claim a spot at the back of the boat. I will definitely be returning for another charter, probably a full day next time, it was fantastic!

The captain and crew were attentive and helpful. The trip was beautiful, smooth, and a very successful fishing experience! Thank you all so much! I have spread the word to my local family in Florida and also to those back here in Colorado. Highly recommended! !!!

The parking situation is horrible! But in the end once everyone got off the morning fish spots did open up, but for us who don't know the area or situation did not know this and drove around about an hour. Had a few situations, late riders so we were about 15-20 min late leaving said they would make that time up and then issues with anchor while fishing, they also said they would make up that time. Which in the end I didn't want to be out fishing any longer, it was HOT! But they say they made up the time to us, which I really don't know in the end if they did and was just glad to get back and they did offer everyone a free drink. We did catch some fish but what a cluster of tangles most of the fishing trip, had 3 kids with us and way to close of fishing. The crew was helpful when needed and worked their butts off to help everyone.

Extremely Dissappointed!!

We left the dock 15 minutes late. The fishing equipment provided to us was below par and could only handle small fish. The biggest disappointment was that we were stranded in the middle of the ocean for good 40 minutes while the Captain announced to keep the line out of the waters. Oh Yes, we were offered a free drink ( 50 cents) as a courtesy!! Furthermore, he kept moving the boat after every 20 minutes. There were a couple of instances where we hooked a big fish and was easily snapped in a matter of less than a minute. That's how bad the lines were. Also, the spots were so tight that people were strangling their lines to each other. Even when one caught a fish they had to fight with other fisherman to land it safely on the both without strangling or snapping the lines.

We left the dock on Sunday May 25th at 1:25pm and were back to the parking lot by 5:20pm. Basically, we spent 2 hours traveling to and from the dock. Rest was mostly stranded in the middle of the ocean or changing spots. There was no air conditioning in 100 degrees temps. My kids were exhausted and felt like going back to the shore. Go Figure !!

I have wasted almost $ 250/- for nothing. Wish I would have chartered an individual boat by paying $ 100 more. Stay away from these guys!!
