Charleston Schooner Pride LLC

Zerve Seller: SailThePride

The Pride is an 84 foot Tall Ship sailing in Charleston’s historic harbor. Each  sail is its own adventure. The Pride is a three-mast ship modeled after the old trading schooners that sailed up and down the coast during the great days of sail. She is comfortable with ample deck space and seating for up to 49. With the engine off and  sails full, she quietly glides along as guests enjoy the natural sounds of dolphins, gulls, wind and water, an experience that is both relaxing and romantic.

Our Daytime sails and Sunset cruises are  a favorite of tourists and locals alike. The Pride sails with the wind and tides, so there is no set course and every cruise is unique! Because we remain in the harbor, you can see all the sites of the area, but depending on the day, we get closer to some than others. The PRIDE is USCG certified for up to 49 passengers and  is docked  at the Aquarium Wharf.

Experience all the beauty of Charleston, the gem of the Palmetto State, aboard the Schooner Pride!

Liked very much, very peaceful to be out in the sun on the water that way. My sister-in-law from England especially thoroughly enjoyed just "relaxing" for 2 hrs that way after our very organized hurried-timeline kind of morning tours. Initially a bit disappointed that no site/historical commentary was part of it, but then came to appreciate, as they said, that it would interfere with the peacefulness -- although they were great answering any questions about same when asked. Would definitely recommend to other family and friends visiting!

Weather cleared up at just the right time. Crew intelligently monitored weather skillfully enough to determine that we were safe to embark despite ugly weather to the north side of bridge. Worked out perfect! Skies cleared and we enjoyed sailing alongside the Charleston Race Week regatta and even spotted a few dolphins!
