Charleston Schooner Pride LLC

Zerve Seller: SailThePride

The Pride is an 84 foot Tall Ship sailing in Charleston’s historic harbor. Each  sail is its own adventure. The Pride is a three-mast ship modeled after the old trading schooners that sailed up and down the coast during the great days of sail. She is comfortable with ample deck space and seating for up to 49. With the engine off and  sails full, she quietly glides along as guests enjoy the natural sounds of dolphins, gulls, wind and water, an experience that is both relaxing and romantic.

Our Daytime sails and Sunset cruises are  a favorite of tourists and locals alike. The Pride sails with the wind and tides, so there is no set course and every cruise is unique! Because we remain in the harbor, you can see all the sites of the area, but depending on the day, we get closer to some than others. The PRIDE is USCG certified for up to 49 passengers and  is docked  at the Aquarium Wharf.

Experience all the beauty of Charleston, the gem of the Palmetto State, aboard the Schooner Pride!

Attended: Afternoon Dolphin Sail

We had a wonderful sail and the crew was very friendly. Good value and really enjoyable afternoon. Saw lots of dolphins and pelicans. Only caveat is to go when it is hot or dress really warmly if in the spring or fall. We had a 65 degree cloudy afternoon and it was COLD. They do have blankets on the boat but best to just go when hot.

You may want to bring some bug spray cause the nats can get overwhelming on the dock sometimes. Other than that a very awesome experience.

We did the Sunset cruise and it was absolutely amazing! I love that it was a non-narrated trip. You could still ask questions and the Captain or mates would be happy to answer them. The captain was very nice and even allowed us to "drive" the boat and she was very witty and personable. We saw a beautiful sunset and even saw some dolphins! Great trip!

The Sunset sail with 10 members of my family was AMAZING. The crew was very knowledgeable and accommodating. This was my second sail on the schooner and would go 10 more times. My family is still talking about it with the same enthusiasm as they had on the boat.
