Classy, relaxing, worth every penny!
Sat, May 23  5:15 PM Female 30-39 Domestic Tourist(s) Family With Children
I knew that this cruise was going to be good due to the number of great reviews. I'm not sure if the cruise was full or if we happened on a light night (on Memorial Day weekend) but there were more than enough spaces for all of us and there was no pressure to "save seats" or protect your space in any way. There was space up in the bow and space in the back on the benches. It was so pleasant and luxurious to feel like you were just out on your private yacht taking a cruise and no one was going to take your seat when you moved away. There was a bar with a free drink included. They were served in real glasses instead of plastic, which just made the experience feel that much more rich. I say this only because glass on a boat in my family has historically been a no-go but this cruise does things right.

The captain was lovely and pleasant and narrated the important highlights with an appropriate amount of history. He did not talk the entire time and nor would I have wanted him to. Much of the time just was spent watching and riding and taking it all in minus commentary. We saw a good bit of the skyline during this 1.5 hour cruise. It was the perfect length of time with kids. I will note that the 5:15pm skyline cruise in late May does result in taking pictures into the sun of the Statue of Liberty but this is a minor inconvenience. The crew were great and helped take family or group photos with landmarks behind them. They were professional and helpful.

Overall we are thrilled about this experience. It rekindled our love of the water and just felt so right to be there. The wooden boat is so authentic. I read other cruises who put aluminum chairs out on a barge like boat. This was much the opposite with a rich, authentic feeling. For an hour and a half, I knew how the other half live!

Do yourself a favor. Stop reading reviews and BOOK NOW!!!

Scenic, Informative, and Relaxing Cruise!
Tue, May 19  5:15 PM Female 50-59 Combination Group of Friends
After two busy days of meetings in Manhattan, a friend joined me for the evening cruise around lower Manhattan. This hits all the highlights: Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty, New York Harbor, Downtown Manhattan, and beautiful views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, etc. as you cruise below. The commentary had the right balance of interesting information on architecture/history and silent moments to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Would definitely do it again and can't wait to do the full Manhattan tour (which was already sold out when we booked our trip the week before). I have traveled to many stunning places around the world and this tour (or an even longer one) SHOULD NOT BE MISSED!

Went with high expectations based on other reviews, and was not disappointed!

Incredible, professional and non-'touristy' tour with helpful staff in a clean boat.

I am a local resident who detests overly busy, touristy activities, and this was a really top rate experience.

Unique and special way to see NYC
Sat, May 9  5:15 PM Female 60-69 Domestic Tourist(s) Family Without Children
Our group thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The captain pointed out the main sites but did not talk much, letting the passengers visit among themselves and bask in the experience. The yacht was special. The crew was enthusiastic and efficient. Would highly recommend.

On my first trip to New York I wanted to take a boat cruise. I searched the internet and found this cruise. I was not disappointed, if you want a relaxing cruise that takes you right by the statue of Liberty and stunning views of the city skyline this is it. The boat was beautiful and the crew was friendly, they will take photos with your camera of your group by the statue of Liberty. Avoid the . Big tourist boats and enjoy this special experience !!

NYC Harbor Cruise
Sat, Apr 18  4:15 PM Male 50-59 Local Family With Children
The crew is very professional, skilled and attentive. The boat is in excellent condition with almost 360 degree window area from inside the cabin, and ample bow seating outside. The course of the trip is great as you can see the Mid and Lower Manhattan skylines from both the Hudson and the East Rivers, as well as very close views of the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge and a fantastic view of Freedom Tower. Highly recommend.

Great time on the yacht.

Boat left on time. Plenty of room on board inside and out. I would have liked a little more description of buildings we saw from the Captain. But, on the whole, it was a great trip--especially nice in sunny weather.

Outstanding tour

This was a fantastic tour, with a great captain and crew. We enjoyed the boat and the tour commentary. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. It wasn't as crowded as the other larger tour agencies which was perfect as you had plenty of room to move around and see what you wanted to see.
